毛乌素沙地综合整治现状分析及新思路*

Comprehensive Renovation of Mu Us Sandyland: Present Situation Analysis and New Ideas

摘要: 快速城市化进程和基础设施建设造成我国耕地锐减,危及国家粮食安全,开发补充耕地是确保18亿亩耕地红线的重要途径。毛乌素沙地面积广,开发潜力大,是重要的耕地后备资源。在此背景下,本文通过文献资料法和结合多年来土地整治的技术经验,首先总结了沙地治理的国内外研究进展,并对毛乌素沙地综合整治现状分析和存在问题进行了探讨,其次对毛乌素沙地开展土地综合整治的紧迫性与可行性进行了分析,最后提出了毛乌素沙地综合整治新思路。该研究以期为我国毛乌素沙地综合整治提供方法借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Rapid urbanization and infrastructure construction have resulted in a sharp decrease in arable land, endangering the national food security, and the development of supplementary farmland is an important way to ensure the red line of 1.8 billion mu of arable land. Mu Us sandy land has wide area and great potential for development. It is an important reserve resource for cultivated land. Under this background, through literature and combined with years of technical experience in land consolidation, firstly summarizes the research progress in governance at home and abroad, has carried on the discussion and Analysis on the current situation of Mu Us sandy land comprehensive improvement and the problems, then to carry out the feasibility and urgency of Mu Us land consolidation are analyzed, and finally put forward a new idea of Mu Us sandy land comprehensive renovation. This study is expected to provide reference for the comprehensive improvement of Mu Us sandy land.
