促生菌剂与不同有机肥复配对植烟土壤交换性钙镁的影响

Combination of Growth Promoting Bacteria and Organic Fertilizers Affects Exchangeable Calcium and Magnesium in Tobacco Planting Soil

摘要: 为研究促生菌剂与有机肥复配对植烟土壤交换性钙镁的影响,采取双因素完全组合设计,分析促生菌剂与6种有机肥复配下烤烟三个生育时期耕层土壤交换性钙镁含量及钙镁比变化情况。结果表明:研究区域土壤交换性钙镁含量处于极缺水平。与单施有机肥相比,烤烟旺长期菌剂与菌渣复配交换性钙增加了11.50%(p<0.05),菌剂与氨基酸有机肥复配交换性钙、镁分别提高了22.70%(p<0.05)和29.67%(p<0.05),烤烟成熟期菌剂与牛粪复配交换性钙含量增加了21.29%(p<0.05),菌剂与虾肽有机肥复配交换性镁提高了14.96%(p<0.05);菌剂与虾肽有机肥复配烤烟各生育期钙镁比显著下降;菌剂与有机肥复配后烤烟其他生育期土壤中交换性钙镁含量及钙镁比变化不显著或降低。此外,6个复配处理中,促生菌剂与牛粪复配处理土壤中交换性钙、镁及钙镁比在烤烟各生育期均处理最高或次高值。综上所述,促生菌剂与牛粪复配烤烟3个时期交换性钙、镁含量均处于较高水平,钙镁协调性最强,是研究区域较适宜的复配方式。

Abstract: To study the effect of combination of growth promoting bacteria and organic fertilizer on the exchangeable calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg) in tobacco planting soil, a two-factor complete design, which included bacteria and 6 types of organic fertilizers, was adopted to analyze the changes of Ca and Mg content and the ratio of Ca/Mg in the cultivated soil through the three growth periods of tobacco. The results showed that the contents of exchangeable Ca and Mg in the studied area were at very low level. Compared with the single application of organic fertilizer, the exchangeable Ca content in soil applied with growth promoting bacteria and mushroom residue increased by 11.50% (P<0.05) in the vigorous growing stage, and the contents of exchangeable Ca and Mg in soil applied with growth promoting bacteria and amino acid organic fertilizer increased by 22.70% (P<0.05) and 29.67% (P<0.05), respectively. In the mature stage of tobacco, the content of exchangeable Ca in soil applied with growth promoting bacteria and cow dung increased by 21.29% (P< 0.05), and the content of exchangeable Mg in soil applied with growth promoting bacteria and shrimp peptide organic fertilizer increased by 14.96% (P<0.05) and the Ca/Mg ratio decreased significantly. The contents of exchangeable Ca and Mg and Ca/Mg ratio in soil applied with growth promoting bacteria and organic fertilizer in other growing periods of tobacco were not significant or decreased. In addition, the exchangeable Ca, Mg and Ca/Mg ratio in soil applied with growth promoting bacteria and cow dung were the highest or second highest in 6 combined treatments. To sum up, combination of growth promoting bacteria and cow dung is more suitable for the studied area because the contents exchangeable Ca and Mg in soil are at a high level in the three growing stages of tobacco, and the coordination between Ca and Mg is the strongest.
