口含烟中主要成分和游离烟碱含量的多元分析

Multivariate Analysis of Major Components and Free Nicotine Content in Oral Tobacco

摘要:

为考察口含烟中主要成分对游离烟碱含量的影响,以41个Moist Snuff类型口含烟为实验材料,采用相关分析、回归分析和通径分析法探讨口含烟中含水率、pH值、烟碱对游离烟碱含量的影响。得到如下结果:(1)相关性分析表明,pH值、烟碱与游离态烟碱呈正相关,且相关系数分别达5%显著和1%极显著性水平,而含水率与游离烟碱相关性不显著;(2)多元线性回归方程达到极显著水平,表明含水率、pH值、烟碱和游离烟碱之间存在很强的相关性;(3)通径分析结果表明,对游离态烟碱直接影响程度由强到弱依次为烟碱、pH值、含水率,且烟碱和pH值对游离烟碱的作用呈正相关,含水率对游离烟碱呈负相关;(4)含水率和烟碱通过pH值对游离烟碱的间接作用较大,且分别呈正向效应和负向效应;(5)pH值通过烟碱对游离烟碱的间接作用较大且呈负向效应。因此,增加口含烟中烟碱含量或提高pH值有利于提高其游离烟碱的含量。

Abstract:

To investigate the effect of major components of oral tobacco on free nicotine content, 41 Moist Snuff oral smokeless tobacco products were investigated by the correlation analysis, regression analysis and path analysis. (1) The correlation analysis results showed that the pH value and nicotine content were positively correlated with free nicotine content and their correlation coefficient was at 1% significant level and 5% level respectively, while the water content had no significant correlation with free nicotine content. (2) The multivariate linear regression equation reached an extremely significant level, indicating that there was a strong correlation between the water content, pH value, nicotine content and free nicotine content. (3) The path analysis results showed that the degree of direct influence on the free nicotine content was in the order as the nicotine content > pH value> water content, the pH value and nicotine content were positively correlated with free nicotine content, while the water content was negatively correlated with free nicotine content. (4) The water content and nicotine content had large indirect effects on free nicotine content through pH value, and they had positive and negative effects on the free nicotine content respectively. (5) The pH value had a large indirect and negative effect on free nicotine through nicotine. So, the content of free nicotine could be increased by increasing the content of nicotine or increasing the pH value of oral smokeless tobacco products.
