工业大麻不同组织粉剂对大豆、玉米根系生长的影响

摘要:

工业大麻种植、开发及应用已成为全球各大公司开展的重要产业,工业大麻在种植业结构调整中起到重要作用。本研究利用成熟期大麻器官根部和花果部烘干粉剂与黑土(体积1:3)混拌进行盆栽试验,分析不同处理对大豆和玉米根系生长指标的影响。结果表明:工业大麻根干粉可提高大豆根干重,比对照增加1.67倍,花果干粉提高玉米根干重,比对照增加18.0%;工业大麻根干粉增加大豆根长、根表面积及根体积作用显著,但降低大豆根平均直径;根干粉和花果干粉均极显著增加玉米根长、根表面积、根体积及根尖数,不利于根平均直径增加;工业大麻不同器官粉剂对单子叶和双子叶作物根系生长调控作用差异显著,玉米根系生长指标好于大豆,以上研究结果将为工业大麻在农化产品研发提供理论指导和技术支撑。

Abstract:

The cultivation, development and application of industrial hemp have become an important industry of major companies in the world, and play an important role in the structural adjustment of planting industry. In this study, we mixed dried powder from root and flower and seed from industrial hemp at maturation period with black soil (volume 1:3) for pot experiment to analyze the effects of different treatments on root growth of soybean and maize. The results showed that dry powder of industrial hemp root increased the dry weight of soybean root by 1.67 times that of the control. The dry powder of flower and seed increased the dry weight of maize root by 18.0% compared with that of the control. Dry powder of industrial hemp root increased root length, root surface area and root volume of soybean significantly, but decreased the average root diameter; dry powder of root and dry powder of flower and seed significantly increased root length, root surface area, root volume of maize and the number of root tip, but was not conducive to the increase of the average root diameter. In conclusion, the effects of dry powder of industrial hemp from different tissues on monocotyledon and cotyledon are different, and the study could provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the research and development of industrial hemp in agrochemical products.
