Abstract:

In this paper, through the research on the national poverty counties: Yangyuan County in Hebei Province we studied the problem on new farms training and give the corresponding solution. We found the main problem in farm training was: the lack of thinking and understanding, the lack of management mechanism and capital investment, etc. All the problem led to less effective training in farmers and seriously lagging in new rural construction, and building a moderately prosperous society needs. In the reaserch we recommend to strengthen training targeted, strengthening scientific and technological quality training, strengthen the policy preferences, increase capital investment and integration of resources maybe can improve the training system of farm training.
