摘要:

旨在探讨青海省春小麦主要良繁基地都兰县香日德(柴达木盆地高海拔地区)的春小麦发芽率明显低于青海东部乐都(海东低海拔地区)的原因。本实验利用两地4个小麦品种,通过TP发芽纸法,采用人工气候箱模拟大田发芽环境,测量了7日萌发期内的α-淀粉酶酶活,并加以比较。青海低海拔地区小麦种子发芽率明显高于高海拔地区,4个品种在乐都地区种子萌发期间α-淀粉酶活性均明显高于香日德地区,这可能是导致香日德小麦种子发芽率明显低于乐都的原因之一。小麦种子的发芽率受籽粒水分含量、籽粒成熟发育阶段、储藏条件等一系列因素影响。同时,小麦萌发过程中需要一系列酶的作用,其中α-淀粉酶对萌发起到重要影响。

Abstract:

The purpose is to explore the reason why the germination rate of spring wheat in Xiangride Area, Dulan County (in high altitude Qaidam Basin) was significantly lower than that of Ledu Area (low altitude) in the East of Qinghai. In this experiment, four wheat varieties from the two areas were used. The TP germination paper method was used to simulate field germination environment by artificial climate chamber. The α-amylase activity was measured and compared during the 7th day germination period. The germination rate of wheat seeds in low altitude area was significantly higher than that in high altitude area, the α-amylase activity of seeds of the four varieties in Ledu Area was significantly higher than that in Xiangride Area, which could be one of the reasons that the germination rate of wheat seed in Xiangride area was lower than that in Ledu area. The germination rate of wheat seeds is affected by a series of factors, such as moisture content, grain maturation stage and storage condition. At the same time, a series of enzymes are needed in wheat germination, among which α-amylase plays an important role in wheat germination.
