果蔬废弃物处理技术研究进展

摘要:

论述了中国果蔬废弃物的特点和资源化利用的意义,综述了国内外近5年来对果蔬废弃物处理方法的研究进展,发现厌氧发酵技术处理果蔬废弃物对发酵设备有一定的要求,与粪便混合发酵是处理果蔬废弃物的一个发展趋势;相对于厌氧发酵,好氧堆肥对设备和操作管理的要求有一定程度的降低,与粪便进行混合堆肥明显改善了堆肥品质;探讨了接种微生物自然堆沤和果蔬废弃物固体发酵生产饲料蛋白的初步研究结果。通过混合发酵还田试验对比了各项处理技术的优缺点,对促进果蔬废弃物的资源化利用提供新的思路。

Abstract:

Discussed the characteristics and the utilization of the fruit and vegetable wastes, summarized domestic and international fruit and vegetable wastes treatment technology in the past five years, found that anaerobic fermentation have a certain fermentation equipment requirements, fruit and vegetable wastes mixed with manure is a processing trend. Aerobic composting requires less equipment and operation management than anaerobic fermentation, composting fruit and vegetable wastes and manure improved the quality significantly. Microbial inoculation natural retting and feeding-protein producing by solid-fermentation from vegetable wastes also discussed. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various processing techniques, through the results of fixed fermentation and the field test, provided new ideas of processing fruit and vegetable wastes.
