咪鲜胺与福美双及其混剂对小麦赤霉病菌的抑制效果与增效研究

Inhibitory Effects and Synergistic Research of Prochloraz, Thiram and Their Mixtures on Gibberella zeae in Wheat

摘要: 为揭示咪鲜胺与福美双及其混剂对小麦赤霉病菌的抑制效果及增效作用,开发新型防治小麦赤霉病复配药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了咪鲜胺与福美双及其5种配比混剂对小麦赤霉病菌的毒力。结果表明:咪鲜胺与福美双比例为1:0.5、1:1、1:1.5、1:2、1:2.5混配组合对小麦赤霉病菌的EC50分别为0.2655、0.2001、0.3462、0.6298、0.8295 mg/L;这5种混配组合对小麦赤霉病菌的增效系数分别是1.4729、2.5540、1.8086、1.1475、0.9975,其中咪鲜胺与福美双为1:1和1:1.5具有显著的增效作用,以1:1增效作用最大。

Abstract: Aiming to exploit a new pesticide mixtures to controlGibberella zeze in wheat, the inhibitory effects and synergistic research of Prochloraz, Thiram and their mixtures on Gibberella zeze were measured. The toxicities of Prochloraz, Thiram and their five mixtures toGibberella zeze in wheat were determined by the method of mycelial growth rate. The results showed that, the EC50 of Prochloraz, Thiram and their mixtures at the ratio of 1:0.5, 1:1, 1:1.5, 1:2, 1:2.5 onGibberella zeze were 0.2655, 0.2001, 0.3462, 0.6298, 0.8295 mg/L, respectively. The synergy coefficients of these five mixtures onGibberella zeze were 1.4729, 2.5540, 1.8086, 1.1475, 0.9975, respectively. Among them the synergistic effect of the mixture at the ratio of 1:1 and 1:1.5 had the significant efficiency effect, and the ratio of 1:1 was the greatest.
