摘要： 北京地区水稻栽植历史悠久,京西稻是由皇家主导选育并在北京西北郊皇家园林及其周边种植的水稻,具有丰厚的历史文化底蕴,是农耕文化与园林文化的具体体现。在总结前人对京西稻研究的成果基础上,系统梳理了北京地区水稻栽种的历史脉络,对京西稻的形成、发展和历史传承及其与传统园林的关系进行了分析,并在农业遗产文化保护和传统园林文化文化展示等方面进行了探索和实践,以期对同类历史文化遗产的传承和保护提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: Beijing has a long history of rice planting. Jingxi rice is a variety that was selected by the royal family and planted in royal gardens and surrounding areas in northwest Beijing. It has abundant historical and cultural heritage and is an embodiment of farming culture and landscape culture. Based on the previous research results about Jingxi rice, the breeding and planting history of rice in Beijing was studied by textual research methods. The exploration and practice on agricultural heritage culture protection and traditional garden culture display were carried out to provide references to the inheritance and protection of similar historical and cultural heritage.
