我国农业科研试验站(台或农业科技园)管理应用情况及发展建议和展望

摘要: 农业科学研究是一门以试验、应用为主导思想,解决农业生产中实际问题的科研活动,具有显著的实效性。随着农业科学试验规模的不断扩大,实验室阶段的研究成果,在广泛应用于农业生产促进农业增产增收之前,需要一个温湿度、土壤土质、生物群落、自然地理等条件指标和农业生产条件一致的“完全模拟大田环境”,使农业科学研究的成果向生产实践平台推广,促进农业科技成果尽快转化为生产力,便产生了农业试验站(台或科技园,以下统称农业试验站)。农业试验站在农业科研、农业生产教学、农业科技成果转化推广中具有不可替代的积极作用。本文结合作者在农业试验站多年的管理经验,同时致力于对国外一些典型农业试验站建设、管理等方面的探索研究,并与我国农业试验站做进一步的对比和分析,并结合我国当前的农业现代化建设和乡村振兴战略对农业试验站提出更高的要求,为做好未来农业试验站的建设、管理、应用等提出新的建议和措施。

Abstract: Agricultural scientific research is a scientific research activity that takes experiment and application as the main idea and solves practical problems in agricultural production. It has remarkable effectiveness. With the continuous expansion of the scale of agricultural scientific experiments and the research results in the laboratory stage, before they are widely used in agricultural production to promote agricultural production and increase income, it needs a "complete simulation of the field environment" with the same conditions of temperature and humidity, soil quality, biological community, natural geography and agricultural production conditions, so as to promote the achievements of agricultural scientific research to the production practice platform. To promote the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements into productive forces as soon as possible, agricultural test stations (platforms or science and technology parks, hereinafter referred to as agricultural test stations) have been created. Agricultural experimental stations play an irreplaceable and positive role in agricultural research, agricultural production teaching and transformation and extension of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. This paper combines the author''s years of experience in the management of agricultural test stations, and at the same time devotes itself to exploring and studying the construction and management of some typical foreign agricultural test stations, and makes further comparison and analysis with China''s agricultural test stations. Combining with China''s current strategy of agricultural modernization and rural revitalization, this paper puts forward higher requirements for agricultural test stations, in order to do a good job in future agricultural test stations. New suggestions and measures are put forward for the construction, management and application of the station.
