  Pesticide Application Status and Reducing Chemical Pesticide in Nanchong 2018, 8 (2):  1-5.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17040003 Abstract + ( 1000 )   PDF ( 1148KB )   ( 855 ) In order to reduce the application amount of chemical pesticide, the pesticide application in two different periods of 1994-1999 and 2009-2014 in Nanchong were analyzed in this article. The measures of promoting comprehensive prevention and control, carrying out green control, introducing precise pesticide application and specialized and unified prevention and control measures were put forward, which were highly recommended by Nanchong municipal people’s government. Along with the demonstration and extension, the chemical pesticide application is reduced year by year, which can be regarded as an initial achievement in Nanchong.

  Field evaluation of bacterial leaf streak resistance of double-cropping late hybrid rice and occurrence dynamics of bacterial leaf streak in Hunan 2018, 8 (2):  6-10.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17040020 Abstract + ( 907 )   PDF ( 1185KB )   ( 550 ) To explore the field resistance of double-cropping late hybrid rice to bacterial leaf streak (BLS) and its occurrence characteristics in Hunan, by systematic field investigation and statistic analysis from 2014 to 2016, we studied the occurrence of BLS in the double- cropping late hybrid rice fields and monitored the epidemic dynamics in Hunan, and created the curve graphs of occurrence dynamics and progress of BLS. The results showed that among twelve hybrid rice varieties, only four varieties‘Shenliangyou 5814’,‘Tianyou 3301’, ‘Xinrongyouhuazhan’and‘Wuyou 308’had excellent resistance, and the other eight varieties were susceptible to BLS, which suggested that the field resistance of late hybrid rice to BLS in Hunan was very poor as a whole. The beginning phase of BLS appeared in the middle of August, approximately from August 11 to 15 and its epidemic peak periods were in the early and middle of September in Hunan. The above results would provide a scientific basis for timely preventing and controlling BLS of double-cropping late hybrid rice in Hunan.

  Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution in Lixiahe Area, Jiangsu: The Prevention Countermeasures 2018, 8 (2):  15-19.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17020025 Abstract + ( 1131 )   PDF ( 1153KB )   ( 796 ) The paper aims to promote the development of ecological agriculture, and provide effective countermeasures for prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution.. [Method] The authors summaried about prevention and control, demonstration technologies, effects of regional non-point source pollution from aspects such as integrated layout of planting and breeding, reduction of fertilizer and control of chemical pesticide.[Resutl] It put forward 3 main countermeasures for prevention of agricultural non-point source pollution in Lixiahe area, Jiangsu. Firstly, implementing eco-agricultural pattern of green planting-breeding, creating and completing 4 types and 18 kinds of eco-agricultural pattern of green planting-breeding which were based on agriculture and pasture, forestry and grazing, agriculture, forestry and fishery, and “four hydrophilies” (rice, aquatic product, waterfowl and aquatic vegetables), also completing integrated supporting technology system, working out 16 provincial standards and forming technical standard system of green planting-breeding, which were demonstrated and popularized in Lixiahe area, Jiangsu. Secondly, establishing technical system for green-fertilizer based on green planting-breeding. Thirdly, building green technical system for disease pest and weed control on account of green planting-breeding. It has played leading role in accelerating development of local eco-agriculture and demonstration-driven role in realizing prevention of non-point source pollution at root.

  Effects of Different Transplanting Periods on Growth, Yield and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco in Cambodia 2018, 8 (2):  20-24.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17030015 Abstract + ( 966 )   PDF ( 1203KB )   ( 723 ) The aim of this investigation was to determine the best transplanting period of flue-cured tobacco in Cambodia. A field experiment with three different transplanting periods was conducted to determine the effects on growth and development, yield and quality of ‘Yueyan 98’ and ‘Yunyan 87’ flue-cured tobacco in 2015-2016. The results showed that compared with the normal transplanting period, the two varieties that transplanted early 10 days had better performance in agronomical characteristics, for instance, the plant height, leaf number and leaf length increased by 4.5 cm, 1 piece, 0.6-2.0 cm. The economical characteristics increased significantly, per hectare yield of tobacco leaves, output value, the average price per kilogram, the proportion of superior tobacco leaves were increased by 117.0-121.5 kg, 6682.5-6905.7 yuan, 1.7-2.1 yuan, 4.5-12.5 percentage points, the differences at significant level. The appearance quality score increased by 0.5-1.5, the ratios of sugar to nicotine and nitrogen to nicotine were increased, and the overall coordination was improved, with the transplanting date postponed for 10 days, the agronomical and economical characteristics, chemical components, appearance quality showed the opposite trend. Therefore, early December is the best transplanting period in Kompong Cham of Cambodia, in the current season 10 days in advance to facilitate the growth of tobacco plants and tobacco production and quality improvement.

  Effects of Different Organic Matrix Proportions on Growth and Quality of Chinese Flowering Cabbage Seedlings 2018, 8 (2):  25-28.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17090003 Abstract + ( 548 )   PDF ( 1244KB )   ( 646 ) To explore the new utilization approach of agricultural waste, the compound matrixes were prepared with banana and pineapple leaf compost and coconut chaff in different ratios. The physical and chemical properties of the matrixes and their effects on the growth, physiological and biochemical properties of Chinese flowering cabbage seedlings were investigated. Based on membership function, the comprehensive quality of the seedlings was analyzed, and the effects of different compound matrixes on seedlings were studied. Results showed that the seedling quality was the best when the ratio of the banana and pineapple stem leaf compost to coconut chaff was 5:5, and the average value of membership function was 0.845. The results indicate that the matrix at this formula can be recommended as the organic substrate for Chinese flowering cabbage seedling.

  Unique Vegetable Resources and Traditional Cultural Knowledge of Ethnic Minorities in Yunnan 2018, 8 (2):  29-34.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17040016 Abstract + ( 740 )   PDF ( 1170KB )   ( 836 ) To protect and develop the traditional culture of ethnic minorities and the unique vegetable resources, a systematic investigation of vegetable resources was carried out on the ethnic minorities in Yunnan. The paper summarized the unique vegetable resources such as root vegetables, leaf vegetables, solanaceous vegetables, and introduced relevant traditional culture. The results showed that traditional culture protected the unique vegetable resources of ethnic minorities in Yunnan. The unique vegetable resources of ethnic minorities played a positive role in food culture, etiquette and custom, production and life. The authors put forward that the unique vegetable resources should be highlighted in protecting the traditional culture of ethnic minorities, while the protecting and spreading of the traditional culture of ethnic minorities could be promoted by utilizing the unique vegetable resources.

  Content of Phenolic Compounds and Antioxidant Capacity of Different Strawberry Varieties 2018, 8 (2):  35-41.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17070013 Abstract + ( 852 )   PDF ( 1278KB )   ( 1121 ) To study the content of phenolic compounds and antioxidant capacity of different strawberry varieties in Jinzhong Prefecture of Shanxi Province while provide a basis for the reasonable development and effective utilization of plant polyphenols in strawberry, total phenols content was determined by Folin- Ciocalteu method, tannin phenol content was determined by Folin-Denis method, proanthocyanidin content was determined by inn- butanol- HCl method, anthocyania content was determined by vanillin- sulfuric colorimetry, antioxidant activity was determined by hydroxyl radical scavenging method, DPPH radical scavenging method and FRAP iron reducing method, and then the data were mined by variation analysis, correlation analysis and principal component analysis. It was indicated that the content of total phenol, tannin, anthocyanin, and proanthocyanidin in‘Tochiotome’was the highest while that of‘05-1-5’was the lowest, antioxidant capacity of‘Tochiotome’was the highest while that of‘05- 1- 5’was the lowest through comprehensive analysis of 3 antioxidant indexes, phenolics content and antioxidant capacity of strawberry were significantly correlated, and by principal component analysis it was showed that the first three principal components basically outlined the main information of phenolics content and antioxidant capacity with a cumulative contribution rate of 92.59%, and‘Tochiotome’had the best comprehensive quality. In conclusion, ‘Tochiotome’is an important genetic resource to cultivate new strawberry varieties with high biological activity and to promote the development of strawberry industry.

  Adavances in seedling#$NBSbreeding, cultivation and preservation technology in Strelitziareginae 2018, 8 (2):  42-46.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17030005 Abstract + ( 679 )   PDF ( 1121KB )   ( 546 ) This review mainly describes seedling breeding, cultivation techniques, refreshment technology and molecular study in strelitzia reginae. It indicated that breeding technology had always been the main factor restricting the industrial development of Strelitzia reginae. The speed of division propagation was too slow. Seed propagation prone to segregation of character and good characters were hard to maintain. Tissue culture was easy to browning and had low reproductive rates. Restriction of breeding technology made more difficult to breeding new varieties and made more slow in development of cultivation and refreshment. So, major research efforts should be devoted to conquering tissue culture, breeding new varieties in different uses and conducting florescence regulation in furture. This provided a reference for future study.

  Effect of Cultivation Medium on Organic Matter and Yield of Mushroo 2018, 8 (2):  47-50.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17060003 Abstract + ( 799 )   PDF ( 1190KB )   ( 893 ) To make full use of the abundant fruit tree resources in Shanxi Province and solve the problem of cultivation resource shortage in mushroom industry, mushroom‘K5’was used as experimental material, hardwood, mulberry tree, apple tree and jujube tree were used as cultivation medium, to determine and analyze the content of organic matter in mushroom and stick and mushroom yield. The results showed that the four kinds of fruit trees could be used as the cultivation medium of mushroom, and there was a significant correlation between the mushroom yield and the organic matter content in sporocarp. The yield and the content of organic matter of mushroom cultivated on jujube tree medium were higher than those of mushroom cultivated on other fruit tree medium, and it also made more use of organic matter of the bacteria stick. Therefore, jujube trees can be used as the cultivation medium instead of the traditional broad- leaved trees in mushroom substitute cultivation.

  A High Efficient and Cost Saving Micro-sprinkling Irrigation Method for Crop with Narrow Row Spacing and Close Planting 刘玲玲 and 2018, 8 (2):  51-54.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17020017 Abstract + ( 593 )   PDF ( 1164KB )   ( 829 ) In order to efficiently use irrigation water and micro-spray irrigation facilities, the test was carried out on high efficient and saving cost micro-sprinkling irrigation method for the crop with narrow row spacing and close planting in Linfen of Shanxi Province. The method was as followed: The water diversion belts were perpendicular to the direction of crop planting; the water delivery pipes were erected perpendicular to the water diversion belts; the micro-spray irrigation facilities perpendicular to the water delivery pipes, which was fixed by the U type clip. After accomplishing current irrigation, the water diversion belts were moved from the field, the rest facilities were stored in the shelve area. The water diversion facilities were moved into the field to install after next crop sowed and the rest facilities were installed as the above method. The results showed that this method was more efficient in saving water and mid-late irrigation effect than the traditional method (micro-spray belt along the crop line) , and the cultivated land use efficiency increased by 16.5%, and the cost saved 525-600 Yuan per hectare for carrying, installing and dismantling each crop. The study provided the technical support for the large area application of this method.

Whether the agricultural science and technology achievements be rewarded depends on the academic level and practical value, but also on many other factors such as the written application materials. In this paper, the technical problems of improving the declaration quality of Chinese agricultural science and technology award are analyzed from various aspects, and some main declaration essentials are put forward, which can provide reference for improving the success rate of declaration.

Based on the methods of questionnaire and inductive analysis, taking Changyuan as an example which was the pilot of the circulation of national collective construction land, the authors analyzed the rural housing land circulation situation, summarized the problems in the management of housing land, explored the ways and methods, which were suitable for the economic development of core areas of grain production under the new normal, for the rural housing land to enter market, and proposed that planning guidance, legislative support, scientific control, planning supervision were the effective choices for rural housing land to enter the market.

  Synergetic Development of New Urbanization and Ecological Environment: A Review 2018, 8 (2):  66-73.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17070027 Abstract + ( 573 )   PDF ( 1253KB )   ( 869 ) The problem of coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment is becoming more and more important. On the basis of reviewing the domestic and foreign literature on the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment, the connotation of urbanization and ecological environment was sorted out. The economic theory and the interaction mechanism of its development was explored. From the empirical study to understand the current domestic and international urbanization and ecological environment coordinated development of the status quo and the difference between time and space, the new urbanization and ecological environment coordinated development of the future direction and implementation of the summary. It was found that the current research on urbanization and ecological environment had focused on the application of environmental Kuznets curve and coupled coordination model. Due to the different angles and emphases of the analysis, there were some differences in domestic and foreign research. There were some shortcomings in the current domestic research. For example, breaking the data constraints, ignoring the ecological environment on the role of urbanization feedback, being difficult to in-depth problem root.

  Residents'' Cognition and Participation Willingness to Take Part in the Picking Style Leisure Agricultural Tourism: Taking Five Districts of Yantai as An Example 2018, 8 (2):  74-79.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17080009 Abstract + ( 781 )   PDF ( 1192KB )   ( 706 ) In order to understand the residents'' cognition and participation willingness to take part in leisure agricultural tourism in Yantai and fill the gaps of the related researches, based on the consumer perspective, study is carried out by means of questionnaire and scoring method. The results show that the residents'' cognition on picking style leisure agricultural tourism (picking fruits and vegetables) belongs to a low level, and there is a wide consumer market for this tourism item. The related departments and tourism organizers should raise the residents'' cognition level of picking style leisure agricultural tourism by enhancing the promotion of picking style leisure agriculture tourism, so as to attract more people to take part in the picking style leisure agricultural tourism. Based on consumers'' willingness, project organizers of picking tourism should design correspondingly different levels of tourism products and tourism forms, different levels of consumer prices to meet the needs of more consumers.

We provided ideas and references for the planning and design of future agricultural park through summing up basic points in the planning and design.

  Status Quo of Tea Industry in Shuangjiang, Yunnan 2018, 8 (2):  90-94.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17100025 Abstract + ( 784 )   PDF ( 1260KB )   ( 784 ) The present situation of tea production in shuangjiang county of yunnan province is analyzed and studied in terms of the conditions of the climate and soil, the construction of tea garden, type of tea, production and sales, economic benefit analysis and so on.The results show that the tea garden area of Shuangjiang County is expanding year by year trend, tea agricultural output increased year by year, farmers per capita income increase, agricultural output value of the tea industry increased year by year, and rapid growth rate, production and operation mode of "brand + company + base + professional cooperatives + farmers occupation" is the best.

  Construction of New Theory and System of Biohealth Agriculture 2018, 8 (2):  95-100.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17040039 Abstract + ( 704 )   PDF ( 1152KB )   ( 856 ) Based on the advantages and disadvantages of modern agricultural production methods such as ecological agriculture, organic agriculture and green agriculture, we propose a new idea about biology healthy agriculture, a modern agricultural production method of safe and healthy terminal agricultural products, which is to cultivate various crops or agricultural animals using advanced biotechnology and production technology to achieve a “combination” among health concept, biotechnology and agricultural, and is also integrated into rural tourism and leisure agriculture. This project systematically expounds the theoretical points of the new theory of biologically healthy agriculture and industrialization, explains the construction of the bio-health agriculture industry system from several aspects of the development principles, functional orientation, the regional industrial system, the supporting technology system and development goal, clarifies the necessity, significance and significance of bio-health agriculture development in China. All above is to provide the rationale for improving the safety, nutrient quality and market competitiveness of agricultural products, promoting the sustainable development of modern agriculture, enhancing the health and mental needs of the residents, which is in order to realize the transformation of biotechnology and health industry to the development of modern agriculture, promote the development of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, and create an upgraded version of modern agriculture.
