  Effect of Leaf Picking on Fruit Quality of‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ 2018, 8 (3):  .  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas16120029 Abstract + ( 456 )   PDF ( 1337KB )   ( 585 ) Take ''Cabernet Sauvignon'' grape as experiments materials, the effect of 3 defoliation treatments：remove all leaves around the cluster , keep one leave near the cluster, keep only the petioles around the cluster, with all leaves retained as contol, the fruit quality of the berries was studied. The results showed that the grain of treatment that keep one leave near the cluster, and the one that keep only the petioles around the cluster resulted in higher weight. There were no significant differences in the ear weight, branch maturity and soluble solids index. All 3 defoliation treatments resulted in higher fruit hardness, treatment that keep one leave near the cluster resulted better than the one that keep only the petioles around the cluster. There was no significant difference in L value between treatment that keep one leave near the cluster and the control, when it comes to the a values and b values, treatment that keep one leave near the cluster resulted higher value than other treatments. no significant difference showed in total sugar content, titratable acid content, sugar / acid and solid / acid index. All 3 defoliation treatments results in higher content of organic acids. In comprehensive evaluation, treatment that keep one leave near the cluster is the suitable way to improve the quality of ''Cabernet Sauvignon'' grape fruit.

  Solar Energy in Shigatse of Tibet: Temporal and Spatial Distribution and Resource Potential Assessment 2018, 8 (3):  .  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17010008 Abstract + ( 657 )   PDF ( 1291KB )   ( 830 ) The paper aims to understand the temporal and the spatial distribution of solar resource in Shigatse and rational layout of agricultural structure in local condition, and increase the crop yield with the usage of solar resources. Based on the sunshine duration, sunshine percentage and the maximum temperature at 7 meteorological stations during 1985-2014 and solar radiation data of Shigatse District during 2010-2014, this paper estimated the annual total solar radiation in Shigatse on the basis of its calculation formula, analyzed the temporal and spatial distribution of solar energy and potential of solar resource in recent 30 years. The results showed that: most of the regions in Shigatze had rich solar energy resources, thereinto, Tingri, Gyantse, Shigatse District and Lazi were the richest solar resource districts with long sunshine duration and strong solar radiation, followed by Namling, Nyalam and Parry with abundant solar energy resource; the annual total radiation and sunshine duration displayed a decreasing variation trend during 1985-2014 while the decreasing trend of sunshine duration presented a more obvious variation than that of the annual total radiation; the number of days with the daily sunshine duration more than 6 h were about 263~327 days at 7 stations in the past 30 years; the number of days were more than 290 days at most of stations; the solar resource was quite stable in the southern part of Shigatse, the western part of Shigatse and areas along the Yarlung Zangbo River. As a whole, the regions with stable solar energy resources have the highest total radiation and the longest sunshine duration.

  Development of Leisure Agriculture in Taiwan Based on IDE 梁宇,徐广才 and 李潇 2018, 8 (3):  .  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17030021 Abstract + ( 713 )   PDF ( 1288KB )   ( 829 ) Innovation and entrepreneurship are the source of power, which is significant to the economic structural adjustment and regional development. As a new developing paradigm, Innovation Driven Entrepreneurship (IDE) attaches importance to the synergy progress of innovation and entrepreneurship, emphasizes the entrepreneurship based on innovation and the interactive effects of them, and achieves more everlasting development vigor through the collaborative design and development of source, environment and policy. In the long-term development, Taiwan’s leisure agriculture in Taiwan of China has formed a model of multiagent development, concerning government, market, academia and industry. Based on the IDE framework, the authors analyzed the practice patterns and developing path of Taiwan’s leisure agriculture from the aspects of identification and construction of innovation and entrepreneurship system, stakeholders’composition and participation, policies formation and implementation and so on. The results show that innovation and entrepreneurial capacity cultivation and entrepreneurial capacity expansion are the core of IDE ecosystem, which is supported by infrastructure, policy system and social environment, it ensures the roles played by government, enterprise, academia, industry and capital in the development of leisure agriculture. IDE framework could fully realize the interaction and cooperation of stakeholders, release the regional development potential, form new development path, promote innovative development and improve residents’well-being.

  Seeds Dormancy of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.: Research Progress 2018, 8 (3):  .  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17030028 Abstract + ( 1506 )   PDF ( 1024KB )   ( 1305 ) Polygonatum sibiricum Red. has great medicinal value which receives increasing attention in recent years. Traditional rhizome reproduction is not only of high cost but also causes variety degeneration easily. Seeds of Polygonatum sibiricum Red. have dormancy characteristics and low germination rate. To break seed dormancy of Polygonatum sibiricum Red. and solve the problems in its artificial cultivation and breeding, this article summarizes the reasons of seed dormancy, including the relationship between seed structure, endogenous inhibitor, embryo development status, comprehensive factors and seed dormancy, and the methods of breaking seed dormancy, including mechanical, soaking, stratification, chemical, hormone, germination temperature，light condition and comprehensive treatment. It is considered that the seed dormancy of Polygonatum sibiricum Red. is caused by comprehensive factors, seed dormancy can be broken down by stratification and hormone treatment.

The resources of corn stalk in China are extremely rich, but the utilization rate is low. This paper focused on the field of corn stalks utilization, the main treatment methods and key breakthrough technologies by summarizing the current situation, problems and effective utilization of corn stalks, and pointed out that the biological treatment method of stalks was the focus of future research, especially, the use of fiber decomposition bacteria was the key to improve the rate of rumen degradation of corn stalks.

  Comparative Analysis of Nutrients of Three Kinds of Auricularia auricula 2018, 8 (3):  .  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17030040 Abstract + ( 1069 )   PDF ( 1116KB )   ( 1357 ) The paper aims to provide nutritional and safe quality mulberry branch black fungus and rationally utilize a large number of abandoned mulberry branches to improve the quality safety of black fungus products and promote a healthy and diversified development of edible fungus and sericulture. The conventional nutrients, amino acids, mineral content and heavy metal content of mulberry branch black fungus, wild oak black fungus and ordinary black fungus purchased from market were tested and analyzed with reference to the government standard. The results showed that, the content of crude protein and total sugar of mulberry branch black fungus were higher than that of wild oak black fungus and ordinary black fungus. The crude fat and crude fiber content of mulberry branch black fungus were lower than that of wild oak black fungus and ordinary black fungus. The mulberry branch black fungus contained 17 kinds of amino acids, which included 7 essential amino acids and the total amino acid content was as high as 10.51%. Selenium content in mulberry branch black fungus was higher, which was 0.17 mg/kg. Heavy metals contents, such as lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic, were very low and met all regulations for food safety. The mulberry branch black fungus has very good nutritional dietary and is se-enriched edible fungi with development prospect. Cultivation of edible fungi by using mulberry branch has positive significance on the recycled development of sericulture, the protection of the ecological environment and the development of edible fungus industry.

  Development and Research on Tropical Agricultural Science and Technology at Home and Abroad: A Review 2018, 8 (3):  .  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17040005 Abstract + ( 783 )   PDF ( 1244KB )   ( 1386 ) To understand the present situation, existing problems and development trend of tropical crop production and technology at home and abroad, and to provide references for decision- making, scientific project setting up and achievement declaring of tropical agricultural science and technology, we analyzed and induced the present situation and development trend of production and technology of rubber, cassava, oil palm, banana, pineapple, mango, litchi and etc., and carried out a comparative study on researches and literatures at home and abroad. The results showed that: Chinese tropical crop industry played an important role in the global tropical crop industry, but its current situation of science and technology was limited by imperfect tropical agricultural science and technology system, unreasonable structure and distribution of germplasm resources, only focusing on the study of production, insufficient high level research results, high level talents and modern farmers. It is necessary to construct an ecologically high value tropical agricultural technology system, conduct scientific layout, adjust varieties and industrial structure, strengthen technical support for pre- and postproduction, develop suitable cultivation technology, pay attention to talents’cultivation in all levels and disciplines, thus to improve the level of science and technology of tropical crops in China, and to promote the yield and quality of tropical crops.

  Influence of N Application Rate, Topping Mode and Leaves Remained on Yield and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco Variety‘K326’in Qujing 2018, 8 (3):  .  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17050008 Abstract + ( 580 )   PDF ( 1228KB )   ( 562 ) The study aims to determine the best combination of N application rate, topping mode and remained leaves of flue-cured tobacco variety‘K326’in Qujing, and promote stability of yield and quality and usability in this area. L9(34) orthogonal experimental design was employed to study N application rate, topping mode and remained leaves in Shizong County of Qujing in 2015, and we analyzed the effects of these factors on the agronomic characters, economic characters and chemical composition of tobacco. Results showed that, N application rate was the dominant factor affecting agronomic characters and economic characters. As N application rate increased, the indexes of agronomic characters increased, and N application rate of 120 kg/hm2 was significantly higher than the other two treatments. N application rate of 120 kg/hm2 had the best performance on yield, output value, average price and middle-high quality leaves ratio. Topping mode was the dominant factor affecting smoking quality. Topping at buttoning stage had the maximum yield. Topping at early blooming stage had the best performance on output value, average price, middle-high quality leaves ratio and smoking result. Remained leaves was the dominant factor affecting sensory quality and chemical composition of tobacco, namely, offensive odor and strength of smoke, total sugar, ratios of sugar to alkaloid. N application rate of 120 kg/hm2, topping at early blooming stage and 21 leaves remained was the best combination of this experiment and suitable for practical production in Qujing.

  Influence of Climate Change on Soft-shelled Turtle Breeding in Nanfeng County and Corresponding Suggestions 2018, 8 (3):  .  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17070010 Abstract + ( 673 )   PDF ( 1253KB )   ( 629 ) On the basis of the atmospheric sounding data from 1957 to 2016 and soft-shelled turtle breeding data from 2011 to 2016 in Nanfeng County, climatic elements relating with soft-shelled turtle breeding were analyzed with linear climatic tendency rate and correlation analysis. The results showed that the intervals between the initial and final days with temperature higher than 15, 20, 25℃, accumulated temperature, the average lowest temperature in June, and the lowest temperature in October increased, which increased the periods for soft-shelled turtle growth and oviposition, accelerated its growth, thus were favorable to improvement of breeding benefit. The related climatic factors in the 2000s were obviously higher than those in the 1900s, which indicated that the climate change was more favorable to soft-shelled turtle breeding and its sustainable development in Nanfeng County. Because of the complex terrain as well as the heterogeneous distribution of light, temperature and water resources we suggested to select the areas with abundant heat resources and below elevation of 200 m in the middle of Nanfeng County. The breeding of soft-shelled turtle should start in April, egg sold and hatching should be from June to September, and the soft-shelled turtles should be sold after early November.

  Effects of Planting Density and Line Spacing on Plant Productivity and Grass Yield of Forage Sweet Sorghum in Autumn Idle Land 2018, 8 (3):  .  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17080028 Abstract + ( 892 )   PDF ( 1405KB )   ( 790 ) To obtain high harvest of forage sweet sorghum in autumn idle land, the authors explored its high yield cultivation methods. A comparative test of the effects of line spacing and planting density on plant productivity and grass yield of forage sweet sorghum in autumn idle land was conducted with split-plot design and LSD method of IBM.SPSS.Statistics.v22 statistics software. The results showed that the planting density and line spacing had important influence on plant productivity and grass yield of forage sweet sorghum in autumn idle land. The optimal combination for high-yield cultivation was obtained: the optimal combination of single plant productivity was A1B4, the planting density was 7.5×104 plants/hm2 and the line spacing was 40 cm; the optimal combination for maximum yield was A2B4, the planting density was 22.5×104 plants/hm2 and the line spacing was 40 cm. The results provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the production of forage sweet sorghum in autumn idle land.

  Rare Tree Species Interplanted in Low Yield Forest of Chinese Fir: Benefit Analysis 禄鑫,赵敏冲, and 2018, 8 (3):  .  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17100002 Abstract + ( 481 )   PDF ( 1139KB )   ( 564 ) The author tracks and monitors the Chinese fir low yield forest interplanting chinese yew or nanmu these 2 kinds of techniques , and analysis the benefit of the adaptability and effectiveness of rare and endangered tree species,the influence on the growth of chinese fir,the influence on the soil fertility.the results show that :the growth indexes of chinese yew or nanmu in the low yield forest of chinese fir were relatively good, and this was a feasible method for the transformation of low-yield forest in fir wood. It can significantly promote the growth of Chinese fir trees, but interplant nanmu has better effect; Both the chinese yew and nanmu model can effectively improve the physical and chemical properties of the soil, but interplant nanmu has better effect.

  Status Quo and Degeneration Control Measures of Chimonobambusa angustifolia in Meitan County, Guizhou Province 2018, 8 (3):  .  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17100004 Abstract + ( 467 )   PDF ( 1252KB )   ( 743 ) To protect and utilize Chimonobambusa angustifolia in Meitan County of Guizhou Province, its resources were surveyed through designing survey method. The results showed that C. angustifolia had 469 patches in Meitan, grew in the evergreen broad-leaved forest and evergreen and deciduous broad-leaved mixed forest, and distributed in karst mountainous areas, the growth area was 631.5 hm2(46.02%) and the degradation area was 740.6 hm2(53.98%). The results showed that the reason for the degradation of C. angustifolia forest was the comprehensive effect of the site factor’s suitability selection and the community environmental factors’ adaptive selection, and mainly appeared as being unsuitable for barren soil and altitude extreme transition zone climate, unsuitable for the community overtop canopy density of 0.70 to 0.10, and unable to bear the excessive cutting of bamboo and bamboo shoots, while other factors caused local damage. Therefore, C. angustifolia degeneration control measures are suggested as controlling the canopy density of tree upper layers to 0.20- 0.50; rationalizing the density of bamboo plantation and bamboo age structure through thinning or replanting; improving the mountainous bamboo forests operating conditions and guiding farmers to cultivate and protect it of their own will; and converting cultivated land into bamboo forests to increase the area of C. angustifolia.

The results showed that: the planting area and yield of the global tea production had an increasing trend, tea consumption increased, the scale of tea industry continued to expand; the domestic tea industry was affected by market demand change, the structure adjustment of tea products continued, green tea remained its dominant market position, black tea and dark tea were still the hot spots of consumption, the yield of yellow tea increased in recent years, and the development of other kinds of tea was stable.

  Checklist and Revision of Orchidaceae in Tibet 2018, 8 (3):  .  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17110029 Abstract + ( 954 )   PDF ( 1194KB )   ( 2038 ) The paper aims to understand the distribution of wild Orchidaceae plant resources in Tibet based on the flora of Tibet. Combined with the latest literature and specimen information, the checklist of Orchidaceae in Tibet was combed and sorted out. The results showed that: there were 336 species from 89 genera in Tibet, out of which, 187 species were terrestrial, 136 species were epiphytic and 13 species were mycoheterotrophic; from 2010 to 2017, 15 genera and 19 species of orchids were recorded, of which there were 8 new species and 11 new record species. This study further supplemented the catalogue of Orchidaceae in Tibet. The updated of this checklist will provide a scientific basis for the introduction, domestication and biodiversity conservation of Orchidaceae.

  Application of Digital Security Traceability in Agricultural Material Supervision 2018, 8 (3):  .  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17120024 Abstract + ( 461 )   PDF ( 1137KB )   ( 761 ) Agricultural material is the material basis for the development of modern agriculture. The validity of agricultural material supervision is considered as the insurance of a continuous increase in rural incomes. This paper elaborated the development and the present situation of agricultural material market in our country, and indicated that the digital security traceability was the key technique of the security traceability of agricultural material. From the perspective of IoT technology, technical principles and application of digital security traceability in agricultural material supervision were elaborated. The elaboration was accomplished by taking examples of radio frequency identification and bar code technology. The functional comparison between the digital security traceability technologies and the traditional anti-counterfeiting trademark revealed the future development trends of the security traceability of agricultural material in China. Countermeasures to promote the development of digital security traceability in agricultural material in China were suggested.
