They have functions such as antioxidant, cancerprevention, and night blindness prevention. In order to study the contents of carotenoids among different wheat varieties, ‘19Q1121’, ‘Luyuan 502’, ‘Jimai 22’, ‘Luyan 128’, ‘Luyuan 309’ were used to determine the composition and content of carotenoids by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) and Tandem Mass Spectrometry (MS/MS). The results show that the main components of carotenoids are lutein, zeaxanthins, canthaxanthin, lutein palmitate, lutein dipalmitate, lutein oleic acid ester, etc. Among them, the content of lutein in ‘Luyuan 309’is 7.45 μg/g, which is significantly higher than that of other varieties. In this experiment, the method for cultivating new wheat varieties with high carotenoid content was obtained, which could lay a foundation for improving the nutritional quality of wheat.

Breeding and screening cotton varieties with strong stress resistance are the main ways to reduce stress disasters, and the study on abiotic stress resistance identification techniques and standards of cotton varieties is crucial. For this purpose, this paper summarized basic methods of crop stress resistance identification at home and abroad in recent years, as well as the identification contents, identification periods, identification methods, identification indicators and stress determination levels of five common and frequent abiotic stresses (ecological stresses) of cotton, such as drought, waterlogging, salinization, high temperature and heat injury, and cold and chilly injury. The paper also summed up basic principles, framework and content for formulating stress identification standards and establishing the standard system. The basic ideas for further research are proposed, mainly including fast, convenient and non-destructive stress resistance identification based on new technologies such as Spectrum/Hyperspectrum, stress resistance identification under complex stresses, and direct location of relevant stress resistance genes by molecular biology for identifying stress resistance.

Crop water demand can be supplemented by irrigation, but the impact of irrigation time and irrigation volume on crop growth and development is not clear. By using drip irrigation under film, different irrigation treatments were carried out at full seedling stage, flowering stage and starch accumulation stage of winter potato to find the optimum irrigation time and volume. The results showed that when the irrigation was carried out twice at full seedling stage and flowering stage and the irrigation amount was 72 m3/hm2 each time, the winter potato yield was the highest (58790 kg/hm2), the commercial potato rate was the best (95.6%), and the economic benefit was the optimal (84059.71 kg/hm2). The experiment verified that the critical irrigation period of winter potato in Yunnan is full seedling stage and flowering stage, and the irrigation amount of 72 m3/hm2 each time is the best irrigation amount of key water for winter potato cultivation.

  Effects of Planting Density and Fertilization Amount on Growth and Yield of Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) in Cool Irrigation Area WANG Ping, XIE Chengjun, SUN Zhenrong, CHEN Juan, WANG Lei, PENG Wenjing 2023, 13 (6):  17-24.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas2022-0062 Abstract + ( 158 )   HTML ( 6 )   PDF ( 1841KB )   ( 101 ) In order to clarify the effects of different fertilization rates (compound fertilizer) and planting densities on potato growth in cold irrigation area, the growth, water use efficiency (WUE) and yield of potato cultivar ‘Jizhangshu 12’ were studied by randomized block experiment. The study set up different densities (52500 plants/hm2, 60000 plants/hm2, 67500 plants/hm2 and 75000 plants/hm2) and different fertilizer application rates (600 kg/hm2, 1100 kg/hm2 and 1600 kg/hm2). The results showed that the growth period of potato was prolonged by increasing fertilizer application rate and shortened by increasing of planting density. The plant height, stem, diameter, leaf area index, and leaf SPAD value of potato were increased by increasing fertilizer application rate. With the increase of planting density, the plant height, stem diameter, leaf area index, leaf SPAD value and yield of potato all increased first and then decreased. The effect order of fertilization amount and planting density on plant height, leaf SPAD value and yield of potato was fertilization amount>planting density. With the increase of the planting density and fertilization rate, the large-sized tuber yield, large-sized tuber number, yield, and WUE of potato also showed a first increase and then decrease trend, the yield of potato was significantly and positively correlated with large-sized tuber yield, large-sized tuber number and WUE. The highest potato yield and WUE were found under the F2D3 treatment. Regression analysis revealed that the highest yield of 50255.98 kg/hm2 could be obtained under the combination of 1065.366 kg/hm2 fertilization rate and 67460.00 plants/hm2 planting density. The highest WUE of 110.456 kg/(hm2·mm) could be obtained under the combination of 1044.312 kg/hm2 fertilization rate and 65820.00 plants/hm2 planting density. The appropriate fertilization amount and planting density could increase the yield and WUE of potato, fertilization rate of 1044.312-1065.366 kg/hm2 and planting density of 65820-67460 plants/hm2 could achieve the synergistic increase of yield and water use efficiency. The model can be recommended as the high-yield and high-efficiency one for potato planting in cold and cool areas.

  Effect of Nitrogen Application on Photosynthesis and Fluorescent Characteristics of Peanut Under Drought-stress in Flowering-Pegging Stage XIU Junjie, LIU Xueliang, HAN Yanlong, XIE Zhiqiang 2023, 13 (6):  25-31.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas2022-0056 Abstract + ( 149 )   HTML ( 4 )   PDF ( 1295KB )   ( 89 ) The study was carried out in the Experimental Station of Tieling, a normal irrigation (soil water content was about 75%) and a short-term drought-stress (soil water content was naturally reduced by 8 days, and re-watered to normal after wilting) at flowering-pegging stage of peanut were set up, with three nitrogen levels (0, 90, 180 kg/hm2), to explore the effect of nitrogen application on photosynthesis and fluorescence characteristics of peanut under drought, thus providing reference for nitrogen application at peanut flowering-pegging stage. The results showed that soil water content, net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs) and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) were significantly reduced, but chlorophyll content of peanut was increased under drought-stress. Under drought-stress, Pn, Tr, Gs, Ci and chlorophyll content of 90 kg/hm2 treatment were the best among the three levels of nitrogen application. Under drought-stress, the initial fluorescence of leaf (F0) was significantly increased with the increase of nitrogen; the maximum photochemical efficiency of photosystemⅡ(Fv/Fm), the quantum efficiency of electron transport (ФPSⅡ), the electron transport rate (ETR) and the photochemical quenching co-efficient (qP) significantly declined, but the non-photochemical quenching co-efficient (NPQ) was significantly increased. Under drought-stress, Fv/Fm, ФPSⅡ, ETP and qP reached the highest level at 90 kg/hm2 nitrogen application level. No application (0 kg/hm2) or excessive application (180 kg/hm2) of nitrogen fertilizer was not conducive to photosynthesis of peanut leaves. All results suggest that 90 kg/hm2 is the optimal nitrogen level to improve photosynthesis and fluorescence characteristics of peanut, and achieve high yield.

  Diagnosis of Bacterial Stem and Root Rot of Sweet Potato and Rapid Inspection of the Causal Pathogen by Microscope ZHANG Lili, WANG Li, XIE Guanlin, YU Shanhong 2023, 13 (6):  32-38.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas2022-0117 Abstract + ( 156 )   HTML ( 7 )   PDF ( 2148KB )   ( 112 ) To find out an inspection method suitable for primary plant quarantine station in origin area of bacterial stem and root rot of sweet potato caused by Dickeya dadantii, so that the disease can be effectively managed by limited dissemination and spread. The experiments were conducted by several years of field survey of the symptoms development and microscopic observation for the bacterial streaming of 306 stems and 270 other parts samples, and the results were compared and confirmed by traditional and molecular methods. The results showed that the symptom discriminating and microscopic observation for the bacterial streaming can accurately differentiate bacterial stem and root rot disease of sweet potato from other diseases caused by other pathogens. It was the best and effective time for microscopic observation of the bacterial streaming when the water-soaking symptom appeared at base of sweet potato plant in initial stage of the disease. Stem of sweet potato plant was the best position for microscopic observation of the bacterial streaming. The accuracy of initial symptom discriminating and microscopic observation for the bacterial streaming of the disease was more than 98% matched with traditional and molecular tests. It is an accurate, rapid, simple, visible, and suitable inspection method of bacterial stem and root rot disease of sweet potato for extension in primary plant quarantine stations in our country.

  Effects of Food Waste Soil Conditioners on Soil Physicochemical Properties and Rice Yield LI Dan, WANG Jingwen, YUAN Hangjie, SHANG Xiaolan, HUANG Yue, WEI Jiqian 2023, 13 (6):  39-42.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas2022-0080 Abstract + ( 171 )   HTML ( 6 )   PDF ( 1138KB )   ( 94 ) By studying the comprehensive application effects of food waste soil conditioners on soil quality and crop growth, we aim to provide technical support for high and stable yield of rice. Different application rates on improving soil physicochemical properties and rice yield were discussed by plot field experiments. The results showed that food waste soil conditioners could effectively improve soil pH, and significantly increase the contents of soil organic matter, total nitrogen and available phosphorus. However, the soil total water-soluble salt content showed an upward trend with the increase of the conditioner application rate, so there was a risk of salinity accumulation. In addition, due to the high nitrogen content of the conditioner, high application rate could cause rice over-green and lodging, resulting in yield reduction. Comprehensive analysis of soil improvement, salinity accumulation and rice yield, T3 (conditioner rate of 15000 kg/hm2 + fertilizer) and T4 (conditioner rate of 30000 kg/hm2 + fertilizer) had better effects.

  Biodegradable Mulch Film Covering Garlic: An Evaluation on the Application Effect ZHANG Xiangsong, FANG Xiaoyan, WANG Xianjie, ZHANG Kai, WANG Li, LIU Xianming, WANG Tao 2023, 13 (6):  43-48.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas2022-0074 Abstract + ( 139 )   HTML ( 3 )   PDF ( 1332KB )   ( 115 ) In order to evaluate the farmland applicability and extension feasibility of biodegradable mulch film covering garlic, this study investigated soil temperature increase effect, soil moisture conservation effect and degradation property of four kinds of biodegradable mulch film, including 0.006 mm (A), 0.008 mm (B), 0.01 mm (C) and 0.01 mm (D), on the growth and development of autumn sowing garlic, with bare ground (CK1) and two types of PE mulch film (CK2 and CK3) as the controls. The results showed that the order of the induction period of the four kinds of biodegradable mulch film was D>C>B/A, and the functional period ranged from 210 days to 140 days. Mulch film C and D could meet the requirements of autumn sowing garlic in southern Shandong for the functional period of mulch film being no less than 180 days. The soil moisture content of PE mulching was higher than that of biodegradable film mulching, and for the same type of mulch film, the greater the film thickness, the better the soil moisture conservation effect. Soil accumulated temperature decreased in the order of CK3, D, C, B, A, CK2, and CK1. Compared with the bare land treatment, film mulching treatments increased the number of roots by about 30% and garlic yield by 28.06%-34.69%, but there was no significant difference among the film mulching treatments. The bolting stage of garlic covered with biodegradable mulch film was 2-3 days later than that covered with PE film. In conclusion, the biodegradable mulch film can increase soil temperature, preserve soil moisture and promote the growth of garlic, and the effects are equivalent to those of common PE mulch film. The biodegradable film can be used as an effective way to replace the common PE mulch film to solve the pollution problem in garlic fields.

  Resistance of Erysiphe necator to Tebuconazole in China GAO Qi, LIU Mei, TAN Haiyun, WANG Qi, LI Xinghong, ZHANG Wei 2023, 13 (6):  49-54.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas2022-0063 Abstract + ( 146 )   HTML ( 4 )   PDF ( 1487KB )   ( 138 ) To clarify the sensitivity of Erysiphe necator isolates to tebuconazole in China, quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) was used to analyze the resistance of 134 E. necator isolates collected from 5 grape growing provinces, based on the detection of mutation A495T at locus 495 of the CYP51 gene of E. necator. The spore germination method was used to determine the susceptibility of the test isolates to tebuconazole, and the correlation between the results of the two methods was analyzed. The results showed that E. necator isolates had developed resistance to tebuconazole in China, while the resistance frequency was 35.07%, with differences in different regions. The EC50 value of all isolates to tebuconazole determined by spore germination method ranged from 0.085 to 280.917 μg/mL and the average EC50 value was 24.208 μg/mL. The ratio of the lowest and the highest EC50 values for the isolates from different regions ranged from 2.5 to 3304, indicating that the sensitivity of the isolates from different regions to tebuconazole varied greatly. The results of tebuconazole sensitivity detection of the spore germination method and qPCR method were consistent and significantly correlated.

  Effects of Organic Fertilizer Replacing Chemical Fertilizer on Peach Yield and Quality and Soil Fertility TANG Hongjie, WANG Peng, JIAO Shengqun, LI Jihui, WEI Ping, LIU Yushan 2023, 13 (6):  55-59.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas2022-0064 Abstract + ( 132 )   HTML ( 3 )   PDF ( 1220KB )   ( 105 ) According to current status of chemical fertilizer application in peach orchards in Linyi, this paper explores the impact of organic fertilizer replacing part of chemical fertilizer on soil nutrient content, tree nutrient level, fruit quality and yield in peach orchards, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for reducing the use of chemical fertilizer, and improving soil environment in peach orchards and peach fruit quality. A field experiment was carried out in 6-year-old peach orchards. Three gradients of organic fertilizer replacing amount of 40%, 70% and 100% were set to determine the effects of organic fertilizer replacing chemical fertilizer on peach yield, quality and soil fertility compared with the whole application of chemical fertilizers. The results showed that in peach production, the organic fertilizer replacing amount of 40% in peach orchards about 6-year-old was more appropriate, which could promote the vegetative growth and development of peach trees most obviously and improve the fruit quality significantly, and the yield was also the highest. The yield increased by 5961.0 kg/hm2 compared with that under the application of chemical fertilizer alone, with an increase rate of 17.6%; and the yield increased by 7105.5 kg/hm2 compared with that under the application of organic fertilizer alone, with an increase rate of 21.0%. Therefore, organic fertilizer replacing chemical fertilizer by 40% is recommended for popularization in peach production in Linyi.

  Effects of Meteorological Conditions During Transplanting on Greenhouse Strawberries BIAN Lei, LI Yan, GE Ruiting, ZHANG Guiqin, Sun Lili 2023, 13 (6):  60-64.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas2022-0073 Abstract + ( 138 )   HTML ( 5 )   PDF ( 1286KB )   ( 122 ) The influence of meteorological conditions on the growth and development of strawberries in greenhouse during different transplanting periods was studied through the observation of greenhouse strawberries transplanted on August 29, September 5 and September 12, aiming to explore the quantitative relationships between meteorological conditions and the growth and development of greenhouse strawberries (i.e., leaf area in each growth period, dry matter content of organs, yield per plant and total yield). The growth of the first batch of transplanted strawberries, which was shortly affected by continuous rainy weather, was the best with high leaf area index and higher dry matter accumulation in each growth period compared with that of the second and third batches. The second batch of transplanted strawberries was affected by continuous rain for a long time, and had general plant growth and development and yield. The third batch of transplanted strawberries was affected by continuous rainy weather for the longest time and had obviously shorter plant height compared with those of the first and the second batches, the growth of the strawberries was not good, the early nutrient accumulation was less, and the fruits were relatively smaller. To sum up, the meteorological conditions during the transplanting period, especially continuous rainy weather can have great influence on the later growth and development of greenhouse strawberries, as well as the yield and the quality.

  Physochlaina infundibularis: Habitat Investigation and Analysis CONG Xiaofeng, CHEN Hao, LI Dan 2023, 13 (6):  65-69.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas2022-0066 Abstract + ( 129 )   HTML ( 4 )   PDF ( 1190KB )   ( 85 ) To study the habitat characteristics of wild Physochlaina infundibularis, we made field survey and analysis on its phenological characteristics, community characteristics and soil properties in the middle to eastern section on the northern slope of Qinling Mountains. The following results are obtained. (1) P. infundibularis plants are mostly growing in or around woods with canopy closure ranging from 30% to 45%, at the slope ranging from 15° to 25°, soil layer thickness of 10-20 cm, and surface litter thickness of 3-5 cm. (2) P. infundibularis plants are mostly growing in mid-low altitude mountainous areas, forming a flora with Rhus chinensis, Quercus aliena, Cotinus coggygria, Pterocarya stenoptera and other trees; divided by living habits, there are 36 species in 28 genera of 16 families of woody plants, and 35 species in 22 genera of 12 families of herbaceous plants in the habitat of P. infundibularis. (3) The soil suitable for the growth of P. infundibularis is mostly forest brown soil, and the variation coefficient of soil pH is only 1.54%, which is neutral; the nutrients in the soil are mainly the products of the decomposition of plant litter. The wild P. infundibularis plants are distributed discontinuously in Qinling Mountains, and most of them are distributed in strips or sheets along the slope. In the habitat of wild P. infundibularis, the distribution of water and heat is relatively uniform and stable, and the development of trees, shrubs and grasses is relatively complete. Most populations of P. infundibularis are located in protected areas, with well-preserved vegetation and relatively complete habitats, but such wild plants are basically composed of adult plants, with few new seedlings. Maybe, because the seeds produced by sexual reproduction are not effectively disseminated and germinated, the populations are in improper age structure, which are declining. We speculate that the difficulty of natural regeneration of P. infundibularis is the main reason for its endangerment.

  Analysis of Habitat Characters and Response Traits of Schisandra sphenanthera in Qinling Mountains ZHANG Jianglan, LIU Chen, CUI Langjun, QIANG Yi, CHEN Qingmin, WANG Gaohong, GUO Hua 2023, 13 (6):  70-79.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas2022-0071 Abstract + ( 149 )   HTML ( 3 )   PDF ( 2033KB )   ( 104 ) To solve the problems of quality decline and yield decrease caused by local materials and asexual reproduction in artificial cultivation mode of Schisandra sphenanthera in recent years, the seeds and fruits of S. sphenanthera were used as the research objects in this study, to reveal provenance specificity of S. sphenanthera. The seed size, fruit bunch length, fruit bunch diameter and fruit bunch weight of S. sphenanthera were measured. At the same time, determination of chemical indexes such as the contents of polysaccharide and S. sphenanthera ester nail were conducted. Finally, the above metrics were used to analyze their correlation with environmental factors. The results are as follows. (1) The apparent characters of seeds and fruits of S. sphenanthera showed great variability, especially in seed size, seed moisture content, seed germination rate, fruit length and fruit weight. The variation of seed length-width ratio and fruit stalk-weight ratio were relatively small. (2) The contents of polysaccharides and lignans in S. sphenanthera fruits had great variation, mainly manifested in the high content of lignans in fruits of S. sphenanthera in Shangluo City. (3) There was a high correlation between the measured indexes of the seeds and fruits of S. sphenanthera and the environmental factors, mainly manifested in the positive correlation of the seed vigor value and the diameter of the fruit bunchwiththe altitude. On the whole, the measured indexesof fruits and seeds of S. sphenanthera have abundant phenotypic variations on both sides of the Qinling Mountains, showing obvious geographical genetic differentiations, mainly significant correlations with altitude, annual average temperature and annual precipitation. The fruits produced in Shangluo City have high quality, so it can be inferred that Shangluo City is the authentic production area of S. sphenanthera.

  Effects of the Maturity of the Upper Tobacco Leaves in One-time Harvest on Physical Characteristics ZHANG Wenjun, GUO Song, YANG Liu, XIONG Chengliang, ZHANG Qingfu, YAO Weiyuan, HE Jiguang, ZHENG Hongbin, ZHANG Cheng, WANG Wei, JIANG Zhimin, PAN Feilong, ZHU Lin, LI Qilin, DENG Xiaohua 2023, 13 (6):  80-85.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas2022-0075 Abstract + ( 161 )   HTML ( 5 )   PDF ( 1403KB )   ( 78 ) To clarify the suitable harvest maturity of upper tobacco leaves in Ningxiang, ‘Yunyan 87’ was used to design three treatments of low maturity (M1), medium maturity (M2) and high maturity (M3), the effects of different harvest maturity on the physical characteristics of tobacco leaves were studied, the fuzzy evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate the test results, and the effects of harvest maturity, leaf position and their interaction on physical characteristics of tobacco leaves were studied by η2 value analysis. The results showed that with the delay of the harvest time of upper leaves, the stem ratio of upper leaves decreased, while the leaf thickness increased. Compared with those of M1 and M3, the single leaf weight of M2 was 7.64% and 12.79% higher, the leaf thickness was 11.70% and -14.37% higher, the stem ratio was -4.54 and 1.33 percentage points higher, the equilibrium moisture content was 0.14 and 2.86 percentage points higher, the leaf specific weight was 14.59% and 39.81% higher, and the physical characteristic index was 7.31% and 7.01% higher, respectively. The effect of harvest time on the physical characteristics of upper tobacco leaves was 35.04%, and the effect of leaf position was 29.98%. The interaction effect of harvest time and leaf position was 34.98%. The effect of harvest maturity on physical characteristics was leaf specific weight> leaf thickness> stem ratio> equilibrium moisture content> single leaf weight. The leaf appearance characteristics on the 13th leaf position for suitable harvest maturity were as follows, the leaf surface turned yellow by 70%-80%, most of the midrib fell off, the leaf surface was shiny, wrinkled, and little sticky feeling. The main vein turned white by 4/5, and the branch vein turned white by 1/2. The leaf margin was curled and wrinkled, the leaf tip showed a downward hook, and the mature spots appeared on leaves.

For grain crops, we chose Euryale ferox, barley and highland barley; for oil crops, we chose hazelnut, flaxseed and walnut; and for fungi, we chose Ganoderma lucidum, Hericium erinaceus and Cordyceps militaris. After the pretreatment of raw materials, the best raw materials and their best proportions for the beverage were determined through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment respectively. The single factor results showed that the compatibility of Euryale ferox, hazelnut and Ganoderma lucidum was the best. The orthogonal test results showed that when the ratio of Euryale ferox, hazelnut and Ganoderma lucidum was 7:2:0.8, the taste of the compound beverage was the best, and the sensory evaluation score reached 88.5. In conclusion, the compound beverage prepared with 70% Euryale ferox, 20% hazelnut, 8% Ganoderma lucidum, 5% white granulated sugar, 0.15% citric acid and 0.02% compound stabilizer has the strongest flavor and sweet taste, which is suitable for consumers and is a new health beverage with development potential.

  Study on Dynamic Forecast of Soybean Yield in Alpine Region CHEN Xue, GAO Mengzhu, ZHAO Jing, LI Xinhua, QIAO Liang 2023, 13 (6):  91-96.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas2022-0065 Abstract + ( 146 )   HTML ( 5 )   PDF ( 1495KB )   ( 104 ) To realize the soybean yield forecast at the provincial and municipal levels by every ten days, this paper analyzed the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of soybean yield data in Heilongjiang Province. Established a temperature, precipitation, sunshine and comprehensive climate suitability model based on the meteorological data of each period, and analyzed their correlation with the relative meteorological yield. A dynamic yield forecast model based on climate suitability index was constructed to forecast soybean yield in Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that: (1) the annual per unit area yield of soybean decreased from south to north in space and showed interdecadal variation in time. There was a significant difference in annual total yield among cities and counties, and Nenjiang City had the highest soybean yield; (2) the climate suitability index of Heilongjiang Province and Nenjiang City from 1995 to 2015 was significantly correlated with the corresponding relative meteorological yield of soybean, the climate suitability model could objectively reflect the meteorological conditions in each growth period of soybean; (3) from 1995 to 2015, the average accuracy rate of model back substitution test was more than 80%, the trend accuracy year of each period was more than 12 years, and the accuracy of model extrapolation forecast from 2017 to 2019 exceeded 85%. The established yield forecast model can provide a reference basis for soybean yield prediction in Heilongjiang Province.

Based on the current situation of management of agro-product quality and safety, this paper expounds that digital agricultural technology can be applied in the quality control of the production process, improvement of supervision efficiency and market information services to promote management of agro-product quality and safety. The realistic challenges are analyzed in this paper, and some suggestions are put forward, including unified information management of agro-product producers, emphasizing key points, developing classified guidance of agro-product producers and strengthening technical support.
