中国秸秆菌业循环开发研究进展

Research Advances of Development Cycle about Straw-Edible Fungi

摘要: 秸秆栽培食用菌是中国农业循环经济的重要体现之一。笔者归纳了秸秆菌业循环开发的栽培管理、发酵技术和多级循环模式研究现状。秸秆经多级循环有效利用,改善了农业生态环境;增加了菇农的创收途径,同时降低生产成本,提高了经济效益回报率;为实现农业现代化和建设社会主义新农村提供了一条确实可行的新途径。剖析了当前秸秆菌业发展面临的主要问题,提出了秸秆的创新利用技术是规划整个秸秆菌业循环开发系统的关键,从而建立秸秆资源的高效环保综合利用新模式,为秸秆菌业相关科学研究提供理论依据。

Abstract: Farmland straw used to cultivate edible fungi is the important exemplification for agricultural circular economy. The author summarized the research advances of straw- edible fungi cycle development about cultivation management, fermentation technology and multistage circulation pattern. Straw by multistage circulation effectively, improved agricultural ecological environment; increased the income of peasant way, at the same time, reduced production costs, improved economic returns, provided a really new feasible way for agricultural modernization and new socialist countryside. The main problems about the development of strawedible fungi were analyzed, innovation and utilization technology of straw was the key to program the whole system of straw-edible fungi cycle development, in order to establish a new mode with efficient environmental protection of comprehensive utilization of straw resources to provide a theoretical basis for scientific research relate to the straw-edible fungi.
