优质水稻核心种质‘松93-8’的创建与利用

The Establishment and Utilization of Quality Rice Core Germplasm ‘Song 93-8’

摘要: 为了验证‘松93-8’是优质水稻核心种质,以‘松93-8’作为亲本配置杂交组合,采用系谱法选择。结果表明,11年间育成水稻新品种23个,育成的新品种具有熟期早、米质优、产量高、抗逆性强等特点,累计推广种植201.3万hm2;育成的新品种生育期与株高、穗长、产量呈显著正相关,与水稻穗颈瘟呈极显著负相关;整精米率与糙米率、垩白率呈极显著正相关;食味值与糙米率、整精米率、胶稠度呈正相关,与垩白率、垩白度、直链淀粉含量呈负相关。表明‘松93-8’遗传力、配合力强,是遗传基础广泛的优质水稻核心种质资源。

Abstract: ybridized combinations were designed using ‘Song 93-8’ as parent, and pedigree method was adopted to choose the future generations in order to verify ‘Song 93-8’ was high quality rice core germplasm resources. The results show that 23 new rice species were bred in 11 years. And the species bred had such characteristics as early maturity, superior quality, high yield and strong resistance, and were cultivated with the cumulative promotion area 2013000 hm2. Growth period and plant height, spike length, yield presented significant positive correlation, and presented extremely significant negative correlation with rice blast. Head Rice Ratio presented extremely significant positive correlation with brown rice percentage and chalkiness ratio. It was positive correlation between taste value and brown rice ration, head rice ratio, gel consistency, and negative correlation with chalkiness ratio, chalkiness degree, amylose content. So ‘Song 93-8’ had strong heritability and combining ability, was high quality rice core germplasm resources with a broad genetic base.
