密集式烤房装烟室铺沙提升烟叶质量研究

Study on Tobacco Loading Chamber Sanded of Bulk Curing Barn for Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

摘要: 为提高密集式烤房烤烟质量,对气流下降式密集型烤房装烟室底层进行铺沙保湿,对比烘烤过程中湿球温度变化、能耗及烟叶外观质量。试验结果表明:烟叶变黄阶段2个处理烤房湿度变化不明显,但进入定色期,铺细沙烤房的湿球温度比对照烤房(不铺细沙)高1~3℃,能较显著提高烟叶烘烤质量。铺细沙的烤后烟叶颜色比不铺细沙的略深,结构较疏松,上等烟比例和均价均较高。特别是铺沙试验烤房与不铺沙的相比能耗相近。因此,在密集式烤房装烟室底层铺细沙,对提高烟叶质量具有重要意义,值得在烟叶生产上推广使用。

Abstract: To enhance the leaf quality of flue-cured tobacco, the trials were studied by the tobacco loading chamber sanded of bulk curing barn in Changting County of Longyan City in Fujian Province. The results showed that it was not significant for the humidity of bulk curing barn in the yellowing stage between the contrast and the treatment. However, in the color fixing stage, the humidity of the barn was over between 1℃ and 3℃ in the tobacco loading chamber sanded than the tobacco loading chamber. And the leaf quality of flue-cured tobacco was significantly enhanced by sand. Besides, the energy consumption was similar between them. Thus, the study suggests that it is a very good measure to enhance leaf quality of flue-cured tobacco by sand in tobacco loading chamber of bulk curing barn.
