不同谷物培养基上白灵1号与白灵801菌丝生长情况研究*

The Study on the Mycelium Growth of the Pleurotusnerbrodensis No.1 and No.8 in the grain medium

摘要: 为找出适合白灵菇菌丝生长的谷物颗粒培养基,为白灵菇菌丝体的培养、提取与白灵菇栽培料的制备提供一定的依据。本研究在微生物实验室内采用随机区组试验,以白灵1号与白灵801为供试菌株,通过对菌丝萌发时间、颜色、密度、均匀度、平均生长速率和生长指数进行比较,探讨7种不同谷物(脱壳与不脱壳)对白灵菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,无论脱壳与否,白灵1号与白灵801在供试的7种谷物培养基上均能生长,但生长情况各不相同,其中最适合供试白灵1号菌株菌丝生长的是脱壳高粱培养基,其次为不脱壳的小麦和高粱培养基,最适白灵801生长的是不脱壳大麦培养基,其次为不脱壳小麦、荞麦、高粱米培养基;通过对比,在脱壳谷物培养基上(除荞麦外)白灵1号菌丝生长指数较高,在不脱壳谷物培养基上(除大黄米外)白灵801菌丝生长指数较高。综合各项因素,不论脱壳与否,高粱、小麦、大麦培养基相对适合白灵菇菌丝的生长。

Abstract: In order to find out the grain medium that appropriate mycelium growth of Pleurotus for provides evidence of Pleurotus mycelium cultivate and extract, preparation planting material. The study carrying out in experiment on microbiology using randomized block design. The tested materials of this experiment ware Pleurotus nebrodensis No.1 and Pleurotus nebrodensis No.801. The affection on the growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis from seven kinds of grain medium(shelling and no shelling) were explorated through comparing mycelium germination time, color, density, uniformity, the average growth rate and growth index. The results showed that whether shelling or not, Both Pleurotus nebrodensis No.1 and Pleurotus nebrodensis No.801 can grow in the 7 kinds of grain medium, but the growth situation was different. Shelling sorghum culture medium was the most suitable for Pleurotus nebrodensis mycelium growth, The followed medium was no shelling wheat、buckwheat and sorghum. Through comparing, except buckwheat, shelling culture medium was the most suitable for Pleurotus nebrodensis No.1 mycelium growth, its growth index was very high. Except proso millet, the no shelling grain medium was the least suitable for Pleurotus nebrodensis No.801 mycelium growth, its growth index was very high. Taking everything into account, shelling or not, sorghum、wheat and barley culture medium were comparatively suitable for Pleurotus nebrodensis mycelium growth.
