35%多菌灵·嘧菌酯水悬浮剂配方研究

Study on 35% carbendazim and azoxystrobin Suspension Concentrates

摘要: 为了研究35%多菌灵·嘧菌酯水悬浮剂更合理的配方,采用湿法超微粉碎法和正交优化试验法,对分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、防冻剂等进行了筛选,结果表明:多菌灵30.0%,嘧菌酯5.0%,亚甲基双萘磺酸钠2.0%,农乳600# 4.0%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚3.0%,黄原胶0.1%,乙二醇2.0%,正辛醇0.5%,水补足100%,该组分及配比情况下,该产品悬浮率在98%以上,热贮[(54±2)℃,14天]分解率小于3%,产品各项指标符合悬浮剂的要求,产品用量为1500 g/hm2时对草莓白粉病的防效为92.76%。配制的35%多菌灵·嘧菌酯产品指标符合要求,对草莓白粉病有很好的防效。

Abstract: In order to study the better formula of 35% carbendazim and azoxystrobin suspension concentrates, the formula was developed with the method of wet milling, and the surfactant selection was conducted with the orthogonal design. The results showed that the most reasonable composition consisted of carbendazim 30.0%, azoxystrobin 5.0%, NNO 2.0%, 600#4.0%, BY140 3.0%, xanthan gum 0.1%, glycol 2.0%, octanol 0.5% and water, and the experimental results showed that the suspension rate of this product was over 98% , the decomposition rate of the active ingredient was less than 3% at (54±2)℃ with 14 days, the characteristics conformed to the requirements for the product, the field effect was 92.76% when used as 1500 g/hm2 to control powdery mildew of strawberry.
