Abstract: The rural informationization is actively promoted in China now, farmers can obtain much availability information. However, the users have to obtain the information from a large amount of web sites because of resource separation. It is ubiquitous that our farmers’ poor ability of obtain information, they need personalized information service. RSS information push technology provides the users with the information channel subscribed, customized information will be pushed to the user timely.The system can effectively provide active, timely, personalized information service for farmers.
