杀菌剂对柑橘溃疡病菌的毒力测定

Toxicity Test of Bactericides to Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri

摘要:

为了筛选对柑橘溃疡病菌有强烈抑制作用的化学药剂,通过室内平皿菌落计数法,检测了70%氢氧化铜可湿性粉剂、20%噻菌铜悬浮剂、3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂、77%多宁可湿性粉剂和72%农用硫酸链霉素5种杀菌剂对柑橘溃疡病菌的抑制作用。毒力测定表明:70%氢氧化铜可湿性粉剂、20%噻菌铜悬浮剂、3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂、77%多宁可湿性粉剂和72%农用硫酸链霉素对柑橘溃疡病菌的EC50值分别为265.71、93.86、162.89、127.61、38.62 μg/mL。根据EC50值分析,72%农用硫酸链霉素对柑橘溃疡病菌的室内抑制作用最强,20%噻菌铜悬浮剂次之,70%氢氧化铜可湿性粉剂的效果最差,其抑制作用为72%农用硫酸链霉素>20%噻菌铜悬浮剂>77%多宁可湿性粉剂>3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂>70%氢氧化铜可湿性粉剂。

Abstract:

Screening effective bactericides to Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri is the main measure to control Citrus Canker. Toxicity test showed that EC50 of 70% Cupic Hydroxide WP, 20% Thiodiazole-copper SC, 3% Zhongshengmycin WP, 77% Dodecylguanidine monoacetate WP, 72% Streptomycin Sulfate to Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri were 265.71, 93.86, 162.89, 127.61, 38.62 μg/mL, respectively. According to EC50, the sequence of inhabitability to Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri were 72% Streptomycin Sulfate > 20% Thiodiazole-copper SC > 77% Dodecylguanidine monoacetate WP > 3% Zhongshengmycin WP > 70% Cupic Hydroxide W P.
