山西谷子地方品种初选核心种质构建

Core Germplasm Construction of Foxtail Millet Landrace in Shanxi

摘要: 为了构建山西谷子地方品种核心种质,提高资源利用效率,采用离差平方和法进行系统聚类后随机取样,构建的初选核心种质保留了原始种质11.34%的遗传资源。分析结果显示:核心种质与原始种质表型性状均值差异百分率为5.9%,极差符合率为87.4%,方差差异百分率为35.3%,变异系数变化率为102.0%;经多样性指数t检验,表明初选核心种质能够代表原始种质的遗传多样性。

Abstract: To construct core collection of foxtail millet landrace in Shanxi, improve the utilization efficiency of germplasm resources, a random sampling was conducted after system clustering by Ward’s method. 11.34% of the initial collection was chose as the primary core collection. The results showed that the mean difference percentage (MD) of phenotypic traits between the core collection and initial collection was 5.9% , the coincidence rate of range (CR) was 87.4% , the variance difference percentage (VD) was 35.3% , and the variable rate of coefficient of variation (VR) was 102.0%. The t-test of Shannon-Weaver diversity index showed the primary core collection could represent the genetic diversity of the initial collection.
