Abstract:

Northeast China, with vast black soil land, is the vital grain base of the country. In order to implement the instructions made by Xi Jinping, the general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, during his field visit in Heilongjiang Province, boost agricultural modernization in black soil region and improve rural revitalization in Northeast China, China Association of Agricultural Science Societies held a Forum on Agricultural Green Science and Technology Development in the New Era in June 28 ^th, 2019. In this Forum, academicians and experts discussed frontiers and hotspots of Agricultural Green Science and Technology as well as approaches and directions of Northeast China’s further agricultural green development, called for the black soil conservation and food production being put in an equally significant position, and indicated directions for Agricultural Green Science and Technology Development and Northeast China’s overall revitalization.
