  Traditional Rice Varieties in Yuanjiang County of Yunnan: Conservation and Sustainable Utilization 2019, 9 (11):  1-5.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas20190700119 Abstract + ( 408 )   PDF ( 1078KB )   ( 422 ) The paper aims to study the status of rice production in Yuanjiang county of Yunnan, analyze the problems and threats in the production of traditional rice varieties, to provide recommendations for the conservation and utilization of traditional rice varieties. On the basis of reviewing related research, through the strengthening the policy environment and the development and demonstration of long- term incentive mechanism, the mainstreaming of conservation and sustainable utilization of genetic diversity of traditional rice varieties in Yunnan could be realized. The results indicated the status of ancient rice varieties in Yuanjiang County of Yunnan, found out the problems and provided suggestions on the conservation and sustainable utilization of genetic resources of ancient rice varieties in Yunnan. The conservation and sustainable utilization methods of traditional rice varieties in Yunnan revealed by the results of this study has a great significance to promote the heritage value and conservation of cultural diversity of Yunnan Hani terraces.

  New Wheat Variety‘Yannong 173’with High Yield, Multi-resistance, Water and Dry Land Adaptation: Breeding Research 2019, 9 (11):  6-11.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas19020017 Abstract + ( 782 )   PDF ( 1213KB )   ( 1000 ) For the ecological environment with frequent drought, cold damage, cold in the late spring and dry hot wind during the wheat growing season in the hilly areas of Shandong Province, the new wheat variety ‘Yannong 173’, which has the advantages of water-and-dry land adaptation, multi-resistance and high yield, was bred by the Wheat Research Institute of Yantai Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Shandong Province, by cross- fertilized with the female parent‘Jimai 22’and the male parent‘Yan 2415’using the systematic methods of water-and-drought integrated planting, parallel superiority selection, stress-resistant ecological selection and water-drought combined assessment. The average yield of‘Yannong 173’in Shandong Regional Wheat Trials was 8982.2 kg/hm2 from 2012 to 2014, increased by 6.17% compared with that of the control ‘Jimai 22’. In the Shandong Production Test, the average yield of‘Yannong 173’was 8719.4 kg/hm2 during 2014-2015, increased by 4.70% compared with that of‘Jimai 22’. In February 2016,‘Yannong 173’was approved by the Shandong Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee, and the certification number was 2016005. The variety has the characteristics of high and stable yield, drought resistance, water saving, cold resistance, late spring cold resistance, dry heat resistance, good mature yellowing, excellent agronomic traits and good commodity quality, and is suitable for planting at medium-and-high fertilizer and water farmland, as well as at dry farmland in Shandong, Shanxi and Hebei Province.

  Investigation and Control Measures of Cotoneaster Diseases and Insect Pests in Lijiang 2019, 9 (11):  12-16.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas19010024 Abstract + ( 588 )   PDF ( 1435KB )   ( 536 ) To understand the damages to the cultivation of Cotoneaster caused by pests and diseases, the authors carried out a systematic investigation in the main Cotoneaster growing areas in Lijiang. Fifteen different varieties of pests and diseases were identified from 2015 to 2018, including 7 diseases and 8 pests. The sooty blotch and rust disease were the most serious, and the other scale insects and aphid also caused the serious damage. To understand the damage degree of pests and diseases of Cotoneaster in Lijiang, it is suggested that Cotoneaster fuliginosa, Aecidiu cotoneaster, Ceroplastes ceriferus, Pseudaulacaspis cockeyelli, Myzus persicae and Lipaphis erysimi were the main control targets at present. Besides, the occurrence, harmfulness and corresponding control measures of these diseases and pests are also reviewed.

  Oyster Shell Soil Conditioner: Effects on Peanut Yield and Acidified Soil Amendment in Yellow Clayey Field 2019, 9 (11):  17-20.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas20190700144 Abstract + ( 539 )   PDF ( 1206KB )   ( 544 ) The paper aims to study the effects of oyster shell soil conditioner on peanut yield and acidified soil amendment in yellow clayey field. The author conducted comparison analysis of the application of oyster shell soil conditioner at the dosage of 2250 kg/hm2 and 1500 kg/hm2 respectively combined with normal fertilizer treatment on peanut grown in yellow clayey field and the application of conventional fertilizer treatment only, to investigate the efficacy of different dosages of oyster shell soil conditioner on peanut yield and acidified soil amendment. The results showed that: the yield of peanut increased by 16.8% and 10.1% respectively after the application of different dosages of oyster shell soil conditioner, and the net income increased by 1750.0 Yuan/hm2 and 900.0 Yuan/hm2, respectively; and the agronomic traits of peanut were also improved; the content of organic matter, alkali- hydrolyzed nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and exchangeable calcium in yellow clayey soil were significantly increased after the application of different dosages of oyster shell soil conditioner, and the soil pH value was also increased by 0.8 and 0.5, respectively. The results provide experimental evidences for increasing peanut yield and improving acidified soil in yellow clayey field.

  Genetic Diversity Analysis on 30 Foreign Hot Pepper Germplasms with ISSR Technique 2019, 9 (11):  21-26.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas18100015 Abstract + ( 451 )   PDF ( 1755KB )   ( 586 ) The paper aims to assess the genetic diversity of imported pepper materials. The genetic diversity of 30 hot pepper germplasms introduced from abroad was analyzed with ISSR markers. The results showed that using 8 primers from 96 ISSR primers for amplifying the DNA of hot peppers, 1781 ISSR loci including 1389 polymorphic loci were produced, with a polymorphism rate of 77.99%. At the genetic similarity coefficients level of 0.724, these germplasms could be divided into 3 groups, 19 in GroupⅠ, 10 in GroupⅡ, and only one in Group Ⅲ. The results of principal coordinate analysis and cluster analysis were generally consistent, and the results of cross-classification were more intuitive.

  Red Heart Pitaya in Yuanjiang: Refined Agricultural Climate Zoning 2019, 9 (11):  27-33.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas20190400006 Abstract + ( 468 )   PDF ( 2380KB )   ( 390 ) To reasonably analyze the local climate resources and their spatial distribution and serve Yuanjiang pitaya industry, based on the meteorological data and geographical information data (longitude and altitude, slope direction, gradient, etc.) from 1986 to 2015 in Yunnan, and through the methods of previous zoning experience, expert consultation, literature review, field research and discussion, we qualitatively judged the importance of meteorological factors to climate suitability or disaster risks, determined the climate suitability index and low-temperature damage index of pitaya; then, according to the zoning index elements, thin plate smoothing spline function’s statistical model was applied to insert the value for climatic element space; considering relevant geographical information data, we constructed the spatial raster data set, calculated and speculated the plantation suitability index and disaster risk index to classify the zoning results; and completed the refined agricultural climate zoning and low-temperature damage zoning of pitaya in Yuanjiang. The results indicated that: the plantation climate suitability area of pitaya was highly coincided with the low-temperature damage risk area; the zoning at both banks of the Yuanjiang River Valley included the eastern Lijiang Street, the middle Honghe Street, the southern Ganzhuang Street, and the eastern Manlai Street; the decision-making accuracy of developing pitaya industry was proved from the aspect of meteorological condition. This study provides a basis for planation development, industrial layout, prevention and mitigation of natural disasters for pitaya industry in Yuanjiang.

  Influence of Postharvest Foliar Fertilizer on Sweet Cherry Leaves in Greenhouse 田永强,聂国伟,李 凯,张晓萍 and 戴丽蓉 2019, 9 (11):  34-37.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas18100008 Abstract + ( 435 )   PDF ( 1308KB )   ( 372 ) To explore the influence of postharvest foliar fertilizer on leaves of sweet cherry in greenhouse and provide a basis for greenhouse culture of sweet cherry, the fresh weight, dry weight, chlorophyll content and photosynthesis of leaves from the greenhouse-cultivated sweet cherry‘Hongmanao’were tested. The results showed that the fresh and dry weight of sweet cherry leaves was not affected by the application of leaf fertilizer. Chlorophyll content of sweet cherry leaves were increased by spraying fertilizer. Compared with the CK group, the ability of foliar fertilizer treatment group on the use of weak light was stronger, and the photosynthetic rate under the spraying fertilizer treatment was higher.

  Aquatic Flowers: Resource and Industry Status in Yunnan 2019, 9 (11):  38-43.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas18060006 Abstract + ( 325 )   PDF ( 1181KB )   ( 443 ) This paper analyzes the development of aquatic flowers in Yunnan from three aspects: resources, related research and industry. The variety resources and their fine characteristics of Yunnan lotus are summarized. And the related researches on lotus in Yunnan are analyzed, which indicate that there is abundant genetic diversity in the same variety or the same type. The industries of lotus in Yunnan are mainly sightseeing, rhizome lotus and its starch. It points out that Yunnan is not only one of the five major distribution centers of wild lilies in China, but also the only area in China where the wild hardy water lilies and wild tropical water lilies both distribute. The industries of the water lilies in Yunnan are sightseeing, aromatic water liles, cut flower and seedlings. And Yunnan still has many distinctive aquatic flower resources to be exploited and utilized. Finally, some suggestions are put forward, such as collecting aquatic flower resources in Yunnan, cultivating new varieties with special characteristics, solving industrial bottleneck problems based on applied research and developing unique new products of aquatic flowers.

  Positive and Negative Effects of Landscape Plants on Atmospheric Fine Particulate Matter Concentration 2019, 9 (11):  44-49.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas20190500050 Abstract + ( 389 )   PDF ( 1324KB )   ( 376 ) In view of the dual role of garden green space in urban atmospheric environment, this study comprehensively evaluated the differences of PM2.5 pollution reduction ability of different plant species in order to provide scientific basis for the optimization and upgrading of urban green space function. Based on the current model of calculating the quality of fine particulate matter retained in plant leaves, taking the contribution of VOCs released by plants to the concentration of atmospheric particulate matter as an influencing factor, the net benefit of reducing fine particulate matter by plants was studied. The results showed us that: (1) there were big differences among the plants individuals of the capability of fine particles retention by trees in every unit leaf area for 7 days. Deciduous tree of Acer truncatum (0.606 g/m2) was more than 14 times as Aesculus chinensis (0.044 g/m2). Evergreen tree of Sabina chinensis (0.173 g/m2) was more than 2 times as Pinus tabuliformis (0.077 g/m2). (2) Pinus tabulaeformis, Cotinus coggygria and Sabina chinensis have higher contribution to the generation of SOA due to their higher release of alpha-pinene. (3) Comprehensive evaluation of the net benefits of reducing fine particulate matter in plants, Cotinus coggygria and Pinus tabulaeformis did not reduce PM2.5, but increased the concentration of PM2.5 in air. The other 13 plants all had a reduction effect on PM2.5, including Weigela florida and Acer truncatum. Leaf area had the strongest ability to reduce PM2.5.

  Antibiotic Enrofloxacin in Fishery: A Review 2019, 9 (11):  57-62.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas20190500023 Abstract + ( 582 )   PDF ( 1253KB )   ( 758 ) To build an eco-friendly fishery with green low-carbon developmental concept and high-efficient, high-quality, ecological, healthy and safety developmental target, the authors review the structural properties of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin and its pharmacokinetic metabolism studies in livestock and aquatic animals; summarize the effects of enrofloxacin on aquatic organisms including phytoplankton and microorganisms; clarify the elimination and degradation pathway of enrofloxacin and its metabolites; point out the migration and transformation of enrofloxacin and its metabolites in fishery waters, thus to provide a guidance for farmers to use enrofloxacin safely and rationally, reduce pollution to the ecological environment, and make a contribution to developing green, sustainable and ecological fishery.

  SYP-9625 Residue in Citrus grandis‘Guanxi miyou’Tested by HPLC-MS/MS and Bagging Effect on Residue 2019, 9 (11):  63-66.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas20190500051 Abstract + ( 344 )   PDF ( 1239KB )   ( 352 ) To evaluate the safety of SYP- 9625 in Citrus grandis‘Guanxi miyou’, study the residual degradation dynamics of SYP-9625, we designed 2 treatments of bagging and no-bagging, sprayed SYP-9625 once with the recommended dose or double recommended dose, and determined the residues by HPLC-MS/ MS. The results showed that: there was a good linear relationship (r2=0.9997) in the range of 0.4-400 μg/L of SYP-9625, and the detection limit (LOD), there coveries and there lative standard deviations (RSD) was 0.06μg/kg, 84.2%-90.0% and 5.6%-8.4%, respectively; the residual degradation dynamics of SYP-9625 accorded with the first order kinetic equation (k 0.1444-0.2271), and the half-life (T1/2) of bagging and no-bagging treatment was 3.56-4.80 days and 3.05-3.50 days, respectively; SYP-9625 degraded more slowly in bagging treatment, and the residue of SYP-9625 was not detected in all final products 65 days after the application.

Based on the analysis of the status of agricultural informatization construction, the agricultural informatization construction under the background of the Internet of Things was analyzed from the perspective of factor input and the five dimensions of investment capital, personnel quality, infrastructure, core technology and management system. Government support should be strengthened to achieve comprehensive deep integration of agriculture and informatization, such as increasing government support, adjusting personnel training structure, strengthening infrastructure construction, and improving relevant institutional systems. Therefore, a booster of agricultural informatization will be formed for agricultural transformation by providing new kinetic energy for agricultural and rural development.

  Indirect Economic Loss Caused by Agricultural Loss Induced from Haze in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration: An Estimation 2019, 9 (11):  72-77.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas20190500019 Abstract + ( 372 )   PDF ( 1182KB )   ( 348 ) To provide a basis for haze control of various sectors in the economic system, based on the inputoutput table of Hunan and related data of Changsha- Zhuzhou- Xiangtan (CZT) urban agglomeration, we calculated the input- output correlation coefficient of CZT by the method of industry cross entropy, and constructed the partial closed input-output model, and estimated the economic losses of agriculture and other sectors caused by haze in CZT from demand side and supply side, respectively. The results showed that: (1) the indirect economic losses were generated through the forward or backward linkage mechanism from the supply side and the demand side, respectively, reflecting the degree of linkage between direct economic losses and sectors; (2) the indirect economic loss caused by haze disaster was greater than the direct economic loss; the economic loss triggered from the supply side was always greater than that from the demand side.

  The Present Situation, Problems and Sustainable Development Strategy of Soybean Production in Anhui 2019, 9 (11):  78-83.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas19030033 Abstract + ( 411 )   PDF ( 1163KB )   ( 491 ) Soybean production in Anhui plays an important role in China. It has many advantages, including high total yield, excellent quality, good stubble, great potential and tremendous economic contribution. At present, under the adverse circumstances of imported soybeans, China must guarantee the complete domestic self-sufficiency of edible soybean and provide high-quality raw materials for the soybean food processing industry facing the global market. The sustainable development of soybean production is important and urgent. To ensure national food security, this study analyzed the status, characteristics, and problems of soybean production in Anhui, aiming to provide policy suggestions for the sustainable development of soybean industry. Results show that soybean production in Anhui is facing problems, including the poor irrigation and water infrastructure, low economic return, insufficient integrated technology innovation, small soybean processing industry scale and insufficient soybean subsidies affecting farmers’ production enthusiasm. To maintain the sustainable development of the soybean production in Anhui, the study suggests: improving farmland infrastructures, steadily promoting modest scale operations, strengthening the integration of agricultural machinery and agricultural skills, enhancing soybean production technology and increasing yield, developing soybean deep processing, improving the efficiency of the soybean industry and the enthusiasm of farmers. Additionally, soybean industry support policy should be improved from the strategic perspective of maintaining national and regional sustainable food production.

The pursuit of spiritual life has been strengthened, and the demand for tourism has become more and more intense. "fresh, leisure, connotation" has become the focus of people"s tourism. In recent years, the supply-side structural reform of the state, the upgrading of tourism industry has become a major focus. This paper first analyzes the current situation and problems of the industry from the angle of tourism resources supply, then sets foot in Yantai wine culture tourism market, and puts forward the improvement breakthrough of "optimization, proportioning, follow-up". Finally, from the supply-side point of view, the article analyzes the current situation and problems of the industry. Some suggestions and directions for the development of Yantai wine culture tourism are given.

  Watermelon and Melon Industry in Jiangsu: Current Situation of Development and Countermeasures 孙兴祥 and 马江黎 2019, 9 (11):  89-95.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas18090022 Abstract + ( 428 )   PDF ( 1328KB )   ( 412 ) Watermelon is an important industrial crop in Jiangsu, which plays a key role in the adjustment of agricultural structure and promoting the increase of farmers’ income. Based on the field research, questionnaire survey, telephone consultation, literature reviews and other methods during 2015-2017, we investigated the planting areas, yield, varieties, fertilization, production cost and benefit situation of watermelon and melon in Jiangsu, and analyzed the main problems in the industry development. The results showed that: the cultivation benefit of watermelon and melon in Jiangsu was high, but the problems of production input and employment cost were outstanding, and the difficulty of increasing planting efficiency was increased. Therefore, some suggestions such as popularizing excellent new varieties, popularizing new technologies, strengthening science and technology training, improving industrialized operation and cultivating the brand are put forward.

Agricultural economic growth is a dynamic process of development, and continues to evolve with the progress of both information technology progress and institutional change. There is a gap between the information technology progress and institutional change in the present situation, and need to explore the path to promote coupling of information technology progress and institutional change. New research shows that Information technology progress is conducive to the transition of traditional agriculture, adjustment of agricultural production structure, enhancing the competitiveness of agricultural products and changing farmer''s production and life style, and Dongting lake ecological economic zone has promoted the change of agricultural loan system and the changes in the supply of rural fiscal system, but there are some challenges such as cognitive inadequacy, the lagging behind of information construction, bottlenecks in deep fusion between information technology progress and institutional change and so on. This is necessary to enhance infrastructure construction of rural information, promote big data construction, strengthening the cooperative governance of regional information and perfect the policy system of intelligent agriculture.
