  High yield and efficiency cultivation technical specification for 2019, 9 (6):  1-3.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas18070006 Abstract + ( 464 )   PDF ( 985KB )   ( 328 ) In view of the problems existing in production, combined with many years of experiment and demonstration results, the cultivation technology and high yield creation application are optimized. The regression relationship between N,P,K, density and yield of Maize in high yield cultivation was discussed.The results showed that the high-yield group yield structure index of "Han Yu 66" was 63000~67500 plant /hm 2, 450~600 grains per panicle, grain weight of 325~345g, 14~18 row number per spike, 33~35 grain number of row grain, 160~210 g of single spike grain weight, 17~22 cm of ear length. "HanYu 66 2, high quality organic fertilizer 60-75m3/hm2, N 115-150kg/hm2, P2O5 300-375kg/hm2, K2O 225-300kg/hm2. We stipulated the characteristics of Han Yu 66, the climate and soil conditions of production, the planting techniques, the fertilization technology, the field management, the pest control and the harvest time. We have made the high and efficient cultivation technical regulations of the "Hanyu 66", which provided the theoretical basis and technical support of transformation of "high input and low yield" to "high yield and high efficiency".

  Comprehensive Evaluation of Brewing Sorghum Varieties Suitable for Mechanization Production in Western Liaoning 2019, 9 (6):  4-11.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas19030003 Abstract + ( 346 )   PDF ( 2482KB )   ( 391 ) In order to screen brewing sorghum varieties suitable for mechanized production in western Liaoning, 19 imported brewing sorghum varieties were used as tested materials, and the weight and weighted correlation degree of each character of each variety were measured by grey correlation degree analysis method. The results showed that the weight of each character of the tested brewed sorghum varieties was plant height > economic yield > spike length > growth period > 1000 - grain weight > stem diameter > grain weight per spike > weight per spike, when introducing and screening mechanized brewing sorghum varieties, plant height should be considered first, followed by economic yield. The weighted correlation degree of the tested brewed sorghum varieties was ‘Liaoza 19’ > ‘Ping shi 13’ > ‘Jiliang 2’ > ‘Jiza 124’ > ‘Jiza 137’ > ‘Jiza 142’> ‘Jiza 145’ > ‘Jiza 127’ > ‘Baiza 12’> ‘Jiza 138’> ‘Liaoza 37’ > ‘Tong za 108’ > ‘Baiza 11’ > ‘Jinuoliang 1’ > ‘Tongza 127’> ‘Baiza 14’ >‘Jiza 136’> ‘Baiza 13’ > ‘Jiza 14’, the top three in comprehensive production performance were ‘Liaoza 19’, ‘Pingshi 13’ and ‘Jiliang 2’. The results of grey correlation analysis and evaluation were consistent with production practice and could be used for comprehensive evaluation of brewing sorghum varieties.

As the leaf senescence progresses, many physiological indicators related to aging also change. Appropriate planting methods slowing the aging process and increasing the yield can effectively extend the leaf holding period. In this paper, literature search and content classification analysis were adopted to study the progress of crop senescence in the planting pattern in order to provide references for crop cultivation research.

This paper reviews the development of t non-point source pollution in heilongjiang province in recent 20 years. From the document literature, the research non-point source pollution in heilongjiang province in recent 20 years includes several aspects, such as research on agricultural non-point source pollution, investigation on water environment pollution, mechanism of non-point source pollution and model research. In general, there are more researches on agricultural non-point source pollution, the study on load and governace research of agricultural non-point source pollution is mostly in songhua river basin; The model research is relatively few, the mechanism study is less; The new technology of non-point source pollution control is seldom used in heilongjiang province. So to clear up the unique topography’s study of non-point source pollution in heilongjiang province in the future on about agricultural non-point source pollution、 load、 mechanism and control technology application model research is a focus .

  Analysis on the Characteristics of Key Meteorological Disasters 李家文, and 2019, 9 (6):  23-27.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas18120022 Abstract + ( 422 )   PDF ( 1293KB )   ( 402 ) To prevent disasters and reduce damage, based on the observation data from the meteorological stations of Liuzhou from 1951 to 2016, the variation characteristics of the main meteorological disasters in Liuzhou were analyzed. The results showed that the number of the rainstorm days displayed distinct inter-decadal variation. Most serious rain disasters occurred in the 1960s、 1990s、2000s and relatively fewer occurred in 1970s and 1980s, The average number of rainstorm days was 5.4d, most of them were from April to August , with the most in June; the average number of thunderstorm days was 61.2d; there were more thunderstorm days from March to September. The mean annual wind number, hail days and fog days were respectively 0.5d, 0.1d, and 5.3d. Besides, thunderstorms, strong wind and hail damage showed decreasing trend; fog days generally showed a downward trend, but after 2000, fog days had an increasing trend.

  Canopy-stored Seeds of 4 Artemisia Species Along the Railway: Weight, Shape and Germination Characteristics 2019, 9 (6):  28-33.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas18110018 Abstract + ( 440 )   PDF ( 1331KB )   ( 407 ) [Objective][Method]4 Artemisia species along with railway line in sand dune areas were selected to investigate the seed weight, shape and germination characteristics to analyze the functional differences of reproductive strategies of Artemisia plants in special habitats and the roles in vegetation regeneration and evolution. [Result]The results showed that: Seeds of Artemisia gmelinii and A. sieversiana were rounder and heavier. Seed of A. lavandulaefolia was flatter and lighter. Seed of A. scoporia was small and round, which means that this species perhaps has the persistent soil seed bank. Seeds of 4 Artemisia species were rapid in the early stage and slow in the later stage. The germination duration of A. lavandulaefolia and A. gmelinii was long which had the mechanism of share survival risks. A. sieversiana and A. scoporia had the short germination duration and low germination percentage, while opportunism was the strategy of them. Canopy seed bank in sand dune areas along with the railway line played important roles in alleviating the impacts on seed availability and seedling recruitment, which made enlargement of population easier. [Conclusion]The special ecological function of canopy seed bank contributes to the vegetation restoration along with the railway line of sand dune areas.

  Impacting Factors of Twig Cutting for Cherry Dwarf-rootstock YT101 2019, 9 (6):  34-38.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas18030029 Abstract + ( 370 )   PDF ( 1273KB )   ( 299 ) Aimed to explore the optimal conditions for twig cutting of cherry dwarf-rootstock ‘YT101’, and solve the problems in poor survival ratio after cutting, The effects of different cutting periods, cutting medium and the lignified degree on the rooting of twig cutting for cherry dwarf-rootstock ‘YT101’ were studied. The results showed that the twig cutting seedlings with the highest rooting percentage in early May grew the most and longest roots, while the twig cutting seedlings in early July grew the least, shortest and thickest roots, and the rooting percentage was also the lowest. When using the mixture of the coarse sand and fine sand in volume ratio 1:4 as cutting medium, the twig cutting seedlings had the most roots and the highest rooting percentage. Furthermore, the twig section of 20~30 cm counting from tip downward to cuttings had the best effects and can be selected as ideal cuttings for production.

  Effects of Water and Fertilizer Management Modes on Quality and Yield of Tomato 2019, 9 (6):  39-45.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas18050027 Abstract + ( 365 )   PDF ( 1299KB )   ( 334 ) The paper aims to improve water and fertilizer use efficiency, and then reasonably reduce nitrogen application. The effects of different combination of water and fertilizer on tomato quality and yield were studied in this paper. The results showed that: the irrigation method of drip irrigation 2 h every 5 days could improve the brightness of tomato, the soluble sugar content of tomato could be improved effectively when the soil moisture content was confirmed to be 70%-90% of the field capacity. The moderate irrigation method (when the irrigation quota was 3771.98 m3/hm2) produced more tomato number, increased the ripe tomato ratio and deferred the main production period, then improved the initial production and total production of tomato. Both nitrogen application levels and the interaction effect of water and fertilizer were no significant effect on quality and yield of tomato(P>0.05). The effect of water on the tomato quality and yield was greater than that of nitrogen fertilizer.

  Pressure Sand Watermelon: Optimization Scheme of Planting Substrate and Bacterial Manure 2019, 9 (6):  46-50.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas18060002 Abstract + ( 393 )   PDF ( 1317KB )   ( 302 ) In view of the restrictive factors of soil continuous cropping in Ningxia Watermelon, the interaction between the substrate and the bacterial manure was fully utilized to analyze the yield effect under different substrates and bacterial manure, and established the mathematical model of the yield.The yield model was simulated by frequency analysis. The results showed that the yield was large. The best agronomic measures in the 27760.8 kg/hm2 scheme were: water supplement 3.358~3.864 kg/, 138.5~162.65 g/ planting acupoint and base quality 207.9~271.1 g/ planting point. According to factors of different yield levels,summed up optimal combination scheme, which can improve stress resistance of watermelon, restrict spread of soil borne diseases and increase yield.

  Application of Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry in Pesticide Residue Detection 2019, 9 (6):  51-56.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas18040026 Abstract + ( 399 )   PDF ( 1112KB )   ( 620 ) According to the basic influence factors of multi-pesticide residues detection by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC)- tandem Mass Spectrometry (MS/MS), the key points of literatures in recent years about pesticide residues detection by UPLC-MS/MS were summarized, including extraction technology, purification process, selection of chromatographic column, type of mass spectrometry and ion source model for samples of different matrix. It was considered that the pretreatment of biological samples and removal of matrix effects had important effects on the accuracy of the results, because biological samples were usually complex and the endogenous substances would interfere with the determination of the target substance. Then, the main factors that need to be considered in establishment of UPLC-MS/MS were proposed.

  Research on the Production and Living Conditions of Fishermen in China 2019, 9 (6):  57-63.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas18090016 Abstract + ( 411 )   PDF ( 1217KB )   ( 486 ) The production and living conditions of fishermen and their income growth are affected by various factors such as policy environment, aquatic product prices and natural disasters. Based on the fishermen''s household survey data and the national fishermen''s household income and expenditure survey data, the changes in the income and expenditure of fishermen''s households in 2017 and the factors affecting the income of fishermen are systematically analyzed. The results show that: (1)The fishermen''s family operating income is the biggest driving force for the growth of fishermen''s income, but the source of income is still relatively simple, and the structure of income has not changed fundamentally. It is urgent to expand the channels for fishermen to increase their income; (2) the labor costs has been increasing, and it has gradually become a key factor affecting the welfare of fishermen''s families. (3) There is a large gap in the income of fishermen in different regions, and the gap has further expanded. Based on this, it is proposed to build a long-term mechanism for the continuous increase of fishermen''s income, improve the internal income of the fishery industry, and improve the fishermen''s own income-increasing capacity in order to improve the production and life of fishermen and promote the increase of fishermen''s income.

  Influencing Factors of New Millet Varieties’Adoption Based on Dual Logistic Model: An Empirical Analysis 2019, 9 (6):  64-69.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas19020008 Abstract + ( 383 )   PDF ( 1227KB )   ( 307 ) As a traditional crop in China, millet has a long history in Northwest China. However, due to low yield and poor taste, its area gradually shrinks. Through the analysis of the influencing factors on the adoption of new varieties of millet, this paper obtains that the unit yield, unit benefit, whether to sell or not, and the information channel of new varieties of millet have significant positive effects on the adoption of new varieties; the risk of planting new varieties has significant negative effects on the adoption of new varieties; finally, from strengthening the investment in scientific research, cultivating new varieties suitable for farmers and market needs. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the aspects of new varieties, developing new products of millet processing, improving the marketization degree of millet, increasing the subsidies and support of millet.

  Effect of Climate Warming on Winter Wheat in Baoding - A Case Study of Rongcheng County 2019, 9 (6):  70-73.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas18070002 Abstract + ( 413 )   PDF ( 1228KB )   ( 304 ) Based on daily meteorological data of agricultural meteorology stations in Rongcheng from 1981 to 2015, the changes of winter wheat suitable sowing period, negative accumulated temperature during winter and the water requirement from jointing to heading stage in Baoding City were analyzed. The results showed that: the winter wheat suitable sowing period was postponement. The rate of change of the trend was 0.759d / 10a-0.627d / 10a, but the trend of change was not obvious. The negative accumulated temperature showed a decreasing trend during the overwintering, decreasing trend rate was 24.3 ℃ . d / 10a. ; Water requirement from jointing to heading stage showed a downward trend, while downward trend rate was 2.3mm / 10a, the tendency of change was not obvious.

A large number of traditional villages with dense distribution in Shanxi Province. The protection of traditional villages carries the essence of Chinese traditional culture which is the cultural heritage of agricultural civilization. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of static protection and living state protection mode of the traditional villages in shanxi, this study put forward the optimization of the protection modes including the entirety partition protection and main interface partition protection mode, and take the Shenbei village as an example to verify the optimized effect.

  Sugar Beet Industry Development 2019, 9 (6):  82-86.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas18060005 Abstract + ( 392 )   PDF ( 1022KB )   ( 503 ) The paper expounded the sugar"s production, consumption, import and its price formation mechanism, which pointed out that the sugar price of periodic fluctuation was influenced by many factors such as relation between supply and demand, energy price and policies in China. The production and consumption of sugar will increase slowly in the next ten years, and sugar consumption growth will be faster than sugar production growth in China. By analyzing the factors such as natural resources in the sugar beet main producing area, the comparative advantage of the sugar beet, and problems such as insufficient research input, low ability of research and development for the sugar beet industry, small scale of sugar beet planting areas and low level of agricultural mechanization, it is proposed that the state should support the sugar beet industry in policies, increased input of science research to improve the research level of sugar beet, to develop new products, to expand the industrial chain and to promote the competitiveness of enterprises. Development potential should be tapped to promote the sustainable development for sugar beet industry.

Scientific analysis has been made from the number, industry, region and professional distribution. The research found that researcher of popularizing agrotechnique and others, combining the needs of the state and the actual situation of agricultural production in various regions, actively transformed and popularized the achievements of science and technology, cultivated grassroots agricultural technology popularization teams, and popularized new agricultural knowledge, technologies and achievements, thus making contributions to increasing agricultural output and increasing farmers'' income. At the same time, there are also some problems, such as the small number of approved researchers of popularizing agrotechnique, uneven professional distribution, and imbalance between regions. Some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, that is, decentralization of the authority of popularizing agrotechnique researchers'' evaluation, broadening the scope of evaluation, improvement of evaluation standards, and innovation of evaluation methods.

Located in the middle reaches of the Yellow River, Yuncheng City is an important birthplace of agricultural civilization in the Yellow River Basin and a strong traditional agricultural city. Taking Yuncheng''s geographical indications agricultural products as samples, this paper conducts in-depth investigation and analysis, also proposes to build a brand image of Yuncheng agricultural products with a long history, rich culture, and high quality based on the development of a public brand of the geographical indication agricultural products; We will build a strong industrial development pattern with distinctive features, excellent environment and strong support.
