摘要: 冬虫夏草是一种名贵的中药,笔者综述了野生冬虫夏草和人工种植的蛹虫草及发酵菌丝体的多种化学成分,归纳了虫草提取物的抑菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用,总结了虫草的功效成分虫草酸、虫草多糖、腺苷、虫草素的检测分析方法。指出以虫草为原料的产品种类繁多,虫草的保健食品市场前景广阔,因此建立虫草原料的技术要求和出台虫草功效成分检测方法的国家标准显得尤为重要,提高产品质量安全控制水平,建立产品功效性验证的有效办法值得深入研究。

Abstract: Cordyceps sinensis ( Berk.) sacc. is one of the most famous traditional Chinese medical herbs. This paper reviewed the various chemical ingredients of Cordyceps sinensis, summarized the pharmacological effects of Cordyceps extract including antibacterial, anti-viral, and anti-tumor, summed up the detection and analysis methods of Cordyceps acid, Cordyceps polysaccharides, adenosine, cordycepin. To establish the technical requirements of raw materials, the national standard of the detection methods is very important. The establishment of effective means of verification of product effectiveness is worthy to study .
