利用杏鲍菇菌糠生产秀珍菇试验

Cultivating Pleurotus geesteranus by Using Pleurotus eryngii Residues

摘要: 为将工厂化生产后产生的废弃菌糠进行有效循环利用,达到合理控制生产成本从而提高生产效益,笔者以工厂化一次出菇后淘汰的杏鲍菇菌糠为原料,按不同比例替代棉籽壳与玉米芯栽培秀珍菇,进行配方筛选,以期获得最适合秀珍菇生长的菌糠添加比例配方。试验结果表明,添加一定比例的杏鲍菇菌糠对秀珍菇子实体农艺性状没有显著影响;随着菌糠比例逐渐增加,秀珍菇产量、产值、产投比呈现出逐步增加的趋势;在培养料中添加50%杏鲍菇菌糠配方小区产量、产值及产投比最高,具有推广应用潜力。

Abstract: In order to effectively recycle the waste residue produced in factory production, achieve reasonable control of production costs, thereby enhancing production efficiency, in this experiment, the factory Pleurotus eryngii a mushroom as material after elimination, according to the different proportion of replacement of cottonseed shell and corncob cultivation of P. geesteranus, formulation screening, in order to obtain the most suitable P. geesteranus growth proportion formula. Test results showed that, eryngiibacterial chaff added had no significant influence on the agronomic traits of fruiting bodies of P. geesteranus. With the gradual increase in the proportion of residues, yield and output and value ratio of P. geesteranus showed a gradual increasing trend. With the addition of 50% P. eryngii formulation material cultivation, the yield, output value and yield ratio were the highest, and had widely application prospect.
